No lights in living room, dining room and room Foam matress the worst bed ever i called after 7 nights that foam bed was terrible and They did not accept my early check out for two nights because I couldn’t sleep it was really bad had neck pain

Excellent location walkable to the beach, which is what we were looking for. The rooms are comfortable, not fancy, but came with what we needed for a weekend stay (fridge, microwave etc.) Communication was good via text message and email but did not speak to a real person while I was there. Housekeeping isn’t readily available outside of their scheduled work hours so ask for what you may need ahead of time such as extra towels. There is a laundry facility on site but that wasn’t ideal to wash my own bath towels and wait for them to dry in order to take a shower.

The stay at roami was wonderful. The place was easy to get to and parking was always available. The apartment was just like the pictures. I was actually pleasantly surprised. I loved that it was just across the beach and there were tons of shops and restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay again.

They advertised a much different property than the one we rented There was wires hanging out of the wall The room was not cleaned well there was hairs all in the floor and dirt in the corners

Upon arrival the parking was confusing, I drove around the block a few times before I was able to figure out where to park. After a few nights of going out and coming back and having no where to park I stopped driving the car at night because there was clearly not enough parking spots for guests. The smoke alarm beeped the entire 8 days I was there. Also there were bugs crawling on the walls in the bathroom and the shower. I made two notifications and was assured the problems would be resolved and they were not. I have been vacationing in Fort Lauderdale since 2011, there are many choices for accommodations and I have experienced many, this is one of the worst. I will not stay here again.

A walkable distance from the beach. It was cozy, with a king sized bed, but there was no table and only one chair in the corner due to the size of the room. The room was also lacking in outlets. I know it’s not the place’s fault, but other people staying were incredibly loud at the pool area until way past midnight. Otherwise, it was nice.

The Guest Suite is not adequate, I don't recommend

I stayed in the Guest Suite in February for 18 nights. While the room is large enough to have a small dining table and two chairs, they do not provide it. Not even a chair. You can imagine how difficult it is to always have to sit on or eat off your bed all the time during a long stay. Don't understand why, I think its a basic need. I had pre-paid in hotels.com, and could not get a refund or I would have checked out and stayed elsewhere. Otherwise the place is nice but pick a larger room.

Great place to stay!

They were extremely easy to work with and able to help with any and all of my requests! We checked in and our AC wasn't working and within minutes, we were moved into another room. The rates were very affordable and lovely, modern space! Definitely will try to book with them again!

Never again.

Young spring breakers woke us every day between 2 and 4 am. Could not get a good nights sleep. Even though 9pm to 8 am is quiet time. Checked out two days early. Security responded each time, but we had already been woken up. The damage was done. This needs to be prevented in the future.

TERRIBLE EXPIRENCE! Room and amenities were not accurately described or pictured. The lighting in room did not work. amenities such as pool were not cleaned and the grill was broken. Communication with the property was horrible even with multiple phone call attempts.

The place is very well located. The studio is confortable but very badly soundproofed. You can even hear the other tenants urinating in their toilets. Footsteps very disturbing, especially from the upper floor.
