Place is way dated. Beds are horrible. People are never at the front desk. Very frustrating. The only good thing is the outside patio and even that wasn’t up-to-date.

Terrible el precio que pagué para no poder disfrutar mi estadía , una Pisina sucia , personas flanco hierba todo el día . NO ME SENTÍ SEGURA , no quisieron devolverme mi dinero al 2 día de estar allí y tuve que perderlo y buscar otro hospedaje

Always Stay At Richard's

I always enjoy staying at Richard's group of hotels in Hollywood. The staff treats me exceptionally well. The gentleman who checks me out in the morning Steven always is quick and efficient. Always keep him there!

Always Stay At Richard's!

I really enjoy all of my stays at Richard's different hotels and the staff is the best. Steven is a really good associate who always knows how to handle any situation that comes up.

The hotel clerk is a disrespectful human being, I did lose money because I opt out of staying there and it had a no refund policy, but for what it cost me it was well worth leaving and never to return.

This place is nasty and the receptionist is rude when ppl leave they want them to keep the room clean and do not full the trash bags during stay otherwise they need to charge extra on top of everything the pictures on Expedia is way different than the real rooms. The apartment smells terrible and I think the quality is worst than a motel. And the room was not hygenic the bed sheets smell terrible and not really clean. And mosquito bit me, that’s because the room of the window did not close completely. I am frustrated of paying 79$ per night with this quality it even doesn’t deserve 20 bucks per day. Plus they take 50$ deposit which is weird for a low-quality motel. Go there if you wanna throw your money away. I could not sleep cos the condition of the bed was way horrible. Idk if ppl are paying for service fee and not getting a good service and have to keep the room how they found was absurd. They prolly need to do pest control test as well and get the building inspected in terms of health and hygiene. I would rather staying in a hostel if I knew the place is inconvenient.
