WE ARRIVED AND THEY TALKED US INTO GETTING AN UPGRADE. WE THOUGHT HEY WHY NOT. WHAT UPGRADE IS MY QUESTION... WE HAD A LEAKY REFRIGERATOR AND ROACHES IN THE KITCHENETTE AND WALL. THE SHEETS & THE TABLE ON THE BALCONY WAS DIRTY.THE BALCONY CHAIRS WERE SO VISIBLE OLD THAT WE FELT WE WOULD CATCH A DISEASE SITTING ON THEM. I WOULD NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL EVER AGAIN,WE LEFT A DAY EARLY BC WE FELT DISGUSTED.

This hotel should not have the Hilton name on it. 1. In Fort Lauderdale for an event. Wanted to come back to the hotel, relax & unwind with a drink. 2. Could not do that because the management of this hotel decided to close the pool bar at 5pm just before guest come back and might want to buy their $15-$20 drinks. 3. We could have a drink at the lobby bar but it is so small and the music is as loud as a Rock Concert. You cannot even talk to the others at your table. Horrible atmosphere coming back from being out all day and just wanting to relax and get a drink. What is management thinking? 4. The last option at this HILTON RESORT HOTEL FOR DINNER ROOM SERVICE was to go by the convenient store and get a soda or beer out of the serve yourself convenient store case and go sit on the sidewalk. This with 2 rooms for 3 nights at $750 per night. 5. We decided to take a shower and get room service. The room service lunch menu, looked pretty good, so dinner sould be better. BUT NO the brilliant owner and management team of this HILTON RESORT HOTEL closes the restaurant at 5PM, just before dinner!! The only dinner room service was from the convenient store. a pizza, handheld sandwich and pre-made salads at a Full Service Hilton Resort Hotel. THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT HAVE A HILTON SIGN ON IT. DO NOT STAY HERE. This hotel should not even be on Expedia to book reservations!
