Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, we put travelers at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach "Broadwalk" and the beach, guests can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, boating, biking, golf, and more. Whether your goal is to tan or buy all day, everything is possible in Hollywood Beach.

Hollywood Beach, Florida is made for sea lovers and sun lovers. There is no better way to experience the beach and the "Broadwalk" than by bicycle. At 2.5 miles, it is perfect for an informal stroll or a bike ride. Segway tours are also available along "Broadwalk". South Beach and Miami are a short drive from our complex.

Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of restaurants and bars that can not be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can not go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa.

Getting Around:
● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL):
There are 7.72 miles from the FLL to Hollywood beach.
● From Miami International Airport (MIA):
Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA.
In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport.

Other Things to Note:
●Registration fee: $50 (one time only).

●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. With the public parking pass you can park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St).

●Pack and Play Crib available upon request.
●We are a pet-friendly property. We welcome one pet per unit for free! Let us know about additional pets—fees may apply.
The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (Doesn’t apply to ESA).

Please note the public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach does not allow pets (service animals are still welcome!)

● Stay Sol is the exclusive operator of this property
●Security Deposit Hold: $100 (released upon check-out): $100 for private unit reservations.

However, when a guest checks in, the system authorizes the card for the registration fee, resort fee and security deposit. After a couple days the security deposit is returned.

Do not stay at this property or use Stay Sol

You will not communicate directly with owner, they run property with a outsourced service provider. The room flooded and the room was also robbed when fans were put in the room. I left the property in day 2 of a 9 day rental and I was not refunded. Really horrible experience and management company.

Great for a weekend trip

Positives: *property was clean *great location on the Broadwalk *close to great restaurants and the beach *friendly staff at the front desk, valet, and beach service *pool and hot tub were great *comfortable bed *Quick response from owner Suggestions for a better stay: *Bedding: The fitted sheet came off when you rolled over. It did not fit all the way down to the underside of the mattress. There was a flat sheet, thin blanket, and another flat sheet on top. The blanket barely reached the outside of the edges of the bed, definitely too small for the king-sized bed. Had to ask for an additional blanket which was delivered the next day. It would be great to have a deep pocket fitted sheet and some sort of cozy, well-fitted comforter to make for a good sleep. Also, the room was staged to look cozy for the pictures, but none of the items were in the room, such as the throw blanket and throw pillows on the bed. *Towels-we booked for a week and were given 4 bath towels and only one washcloth and one hand towel (which had to be used for the dishes as there was no dish towel). The owner delivered 4 additional bath towels, but no additional wash cloth the next day. My suggestion would be to include a dish towel and make sure there are enough towels if someone is staying more than 2 nights. *Air Conditioner-Though the air conditioner worked well, it would make a loud clicking sound every few minutes when it turned on. This was loud enough to wake us up on occasion. *Hairdryer-On the second night there we were getting ready for an anniversary dinner and realized there was not a hairdryer. Though the owner brought one the next day, I went to dinner with wet hair. I would suggest bringing your own, just to make sure. Overall, the owner was quick to respond to our requests and was very kind. For the amount of money being spent, the little suggestions would be much appreciated as a traveler.

Amazing location!

We loved our Hollywood Beach trip @ Stay Sol! We we definitely stay here again. Room was updated, very clean, and the bed was so cozy! The location is perfect! Just a few mins walk to anything you could possibly need!
