This suite was grand in nature, but lacked some basic necessities you would expect for the price tag.
There is no parking, so we had to park in the Q Parking station at Capitol Square. For two nights it cost us roughly £53. We were hoping to get some street parking but this is all reserved for residents. So adding this cost to the room rate makes it too expensive for what you get.
They supply dishwashing liquid but no plug for the sink or a tea towel. You cannot use the jug and the toaster at the same time - the jug keeps turning itself off.
There was a used eyedrops tube on the mantelpiece which tells me minimum cleaning occurs.
The towels were quite small so would suite someone 5' 4" or smaller and there are plenty of hand towels, just no face washer. The handle to the bathroom door is broken and the shower looks like a child has been let loose with a tube of silicone.
There are no sidelights/lamps so you have to use the main light at night which is quite bright.
The beds were comfortable so that was a plus.
Overall - a bit disappointing for the price.
