The staff: the office for the company is across the road from the apartment, and a gentleman kindly waited there until our arrival just before 10pm. He also took us to the apartment and showed us round (including how to operate the key!) When a problem developed with the shower half way through our stay, it was fixed immediately. Staff were polite, friendly, professional and very helpful. The apartment itself. It's well situated on a busy road above a nail bar. We were never disturbed by noise, and both bedrooms are at the back. The double bed was a little too soft and narrow for our liking, but that's minor. (A wider bed would not have fitted into that room.) The twin beds in the other bedroom were a good size, and that room was very spacious, as was the rest of the apartment. The ensuite shower room comes off the twin bedroom, and there is another bathroom with a bath (and shower over the bath) off the corridor. The living/dining/kitchen area is open plan, facing the street. The kitchen and everywhere else is very well equipped. The sofa isn't the most comfortable, but adequate. The TV doesn't have internet/catch up access. The apartment was clean & we did not feel the need to clean before settling in. There was a little dirt under the sofa and on the living area sash window ledge; otherwise, none. Dish washer, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, toiletries, fridge w freezing compartment. Nicely presented, comfortable. Parking free nearby.
