Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort

Terrible Experience.

The room is not clean at all. Cockroaches everywhere. Evan ceiling not closed properly. Rats presence. We can heard the sound of Rats. No Room service. Terrible experience.
