Our stay here was faultless. The staff cleaned our room every day and extra if we needed it. Bottles stocked up every day. Staff always happy to answer and help you. Food was good too couldn’t really fault it and something for every one during breakfast times.

We have decided to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary in Dubai. Overall we have enjoyed our time together in Dubai but hotel's policy of not to provide extra water to drink in 38-40 degree soaring temperature is an absolute ridiculous. It's not a matter about we can't buy water and drink, it's a response hotel staff responded. Upon asking water at the reception and the conversation with Ms Poonam was beyond explainable ( absolutely horrible) . Room service personnel Mr Ramkumar Rai was fantastic. We have had a great time in Dubai but not in the hotel Hilton garden inn. Never and ever will come back to this property not will recommend to friends and family. Mr and Mrs KC

Un necessary charged

Toilet not flushing properly we complained twice but not problems solved And in restaurants we eat dinner buffet and charge extra for drinks and we did not drink soft drinks and juice or water we paid for coffee for extra charges
