2nd Stay a GS 5

The house keeping staff excellent, very helpful very friendly and credit to Golden Sands. I found some of the checkin staff to be a little hostile sometimes. Which was a shame. This is my second stay a Golden Sands 5 and would come back, just hope the check in staff given a little bit more training on being friendly and helpful, this was not all the checkin staff, some of them very nice

Our stay was excellent. The staff were polite and helpful right from arrival, check-in and throughout our stay. We are grateful for changing our room for the last day. Kudos to the manager and her team. You're amazing and hope to return.

My family had amazing time at Golden Sands Apartments Hotels. The staff were very friendly. The room was very clean and looked exactly like what we booked. Everything worked in our rooms and when we needed help they assisted quickly. Quiet hotel and good neighborhood.

My card was damaged by a neighbor car , they removed the cone who was protecting the car in the garage allowing a giant SUV to be there from some rental car company who does not care about know the car and damage the door of my car.
