The location was amazing. The comfort of the bed was not to my taste. It was hard. The room was spacious, bathroom was a bit smaller than an average Emerati toilet. The wood varnish was a bit too dark and had darkened to room much darker. Could have been a bit more light natural varnish.

It was good. There was demolition going on across the street so it was a bit noisy at night and only one elevator worked so it was always crowded.

Positive points, large rooms, very good service led by Bilal and his team, great location for shopping and numerous restaurants in the Hotel and in the area. Negative very measly when providing Toiletries and Towels not a major issue but requesting them is not something the guest need to do

Clean and comfortable Downtown Hotel

Hotel was situated on the busy street which is great for my tour purpose. I was just disappointed that the hotel refused to reissue unused food vouchers that I paid for, but did not use on the appointed day during my stay. I tried to use it the next day and they declined it, and further refused to reissue it.

I've been to many hotels in my life, and I would NOT call this a hotel. I booked it for two nights, and left the hotel in the MIDDLE of the FIRST night for a different hotel. The windows had paint, dirt, scratches all over them. There were weird holes in the ceiling. Nothing in the hotel had been cleaned in a long time it seemed. All the outlets were physically broken. EVEN the main elevator was more dirty and awful than I could have imagined, it seemed as if people were just spitting in it and no one was cleaning it. I was planning on leaving the day after I checked in because of the conditions, but the reason I just had to leave in the middle of the night was because of the night manager. He was a Pakistani guy, I forget his name, but he DID NOT KNOW how to speak with another HUMAN BEING. Most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. Even simple genuine questions or requests, he completely threw a tantrum about. DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL
