Visitors have to provide ID to visit. The steam iron was leaking. I asked twice and still got same problem.

Embarrassing Experience - Not Worth the Money** I booked a room at Al Khoory Inn for my family, and I was utterly embarrassed when they showed me pictures of the room. I paid a high price expecting decent service and a clean, comfortable space, but everything about this stay was disappointing. First of all, the room was not clean. There were visible stains on the furniture, dust on the surfaces, and the bathroom was in unacceptable condition. It was clear that proper attention had not been given to housekeeping. On top of that, we were charged extra property fees that were never mentioned at the time of booking. These fees seemed completely unjustified and added to the frustration of an already disappointing stay. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi was terrible. It was slow and unreliable, which made it difficult for my family to stay connected. This was especially frustrating given the additional charges we faced. Overall, this was a regrettable experience. For the amount of money I spent, I expected much better. I wouldn't recommend staying at Al Khoory Inn until they improve their service and transparency. This was a huge letdown.

Cooperative Staff as i get some issue they resolve in few minutes. NICE HOSPITALITY Proper Hygiene Maintained Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff.

i am staying here from last 43 days upto 41 days they giving me water for free now they said u have to pay for water… what a cheap hospitality and how much water does i drink in a day and how much it cost that they feeling loss in their accounts

I liked their breakfast service and all those who worked in the kitchen, receptionists weren’t bad either. Housekeeping was trying too but the room was way too small and the door attached to the bathroom couldn’t close well and always water leakage under door. No microwave in room, no laundry service in building
