Guests are welcomed into an open living and dining area with floor to ceiling windows offering a panoramic view of the Gulf. The interior offers a warm and inviting decor with plenty of seating and a 65" flat screen TV with Blu Ray player and a DVD library.
The expansive floor plan allows those in the well-equipped kitchen to enjoy the Gulf view and have easy access to the wet bar and ice machine. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a washroom with full-size washer and dryer.
The master bedroom offers an oasis of relaxation with a king size bed, amazing Gulf views, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, sliding doors to the expansive balcony, and 40" flat screen TV and DVD player. The adjoining master bathroom has a jetted tub, stand-alone shower and double sink vanity.
The first guest bedroom offers a king size bed, flat screen TV and DVD player, and adjoining bathroom with walk-in shower.
The second guest bedroom offers two full size beds, flat screen TV and DVD player, and an adjoining bathroom with full size bathtub/shower combination. The bedroom sleeps 2 adults or 4 children.
Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional guests will require pre-approval by owner.
On the 40 ft. long balcony which spans the width of the living/dining area, there are two bistro tables with three chairs each, two large bistro Adirondack chairs and two ceiling fans for your comfort and relaxation to watch dolphins swim, enjoy morning coffee, or have an afternoon cocktail watching the sunsets.
A private outdoor storage closet is located at the entrance to the condo for your ice chest, beach toys, towels, etc. Previous guests typically leave their beach equipment for the future guest's enjoyment.
This condo includes complementary seasonal (March through October) beach service with 2 chairs and one umbrella. Other amenities include a private beach, one private parking spot, complex pool, gated entry to the beach and street, exercise room, and gas grills. Any additional vehicles must park in the unassigned parking lot on the condo property. Two elevators are located in the middle of the building and one on each end.
Located nearby are numerous shops, grocery stores, and restaurants to help make your stay more enjoyable - Winn Dixie, Target, McDonald's, Hobby Lobby, Walgreens, Louisiana Lagniappe Restaurant, La Paz Mexican Restaurant, Local Market Restaurant just to name a few. Additional entertainment nearby is Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park, The Track Arcade, Destin Harbor Boardwalk, and the Destin Water Taxi that will take you to any restaurant/bar in the Harbor.
