Relaxing week

We loved the location and amenities! Stayed for a week but I wish I had a month. So relaxing! Coffee and dolphins on the balcony in the morning, then snacks and cocktails to end each day in the same spot. Can’t wait to book this place again! Check in and check out were very easy. Having the bedroom gave us more than enough space to spread out and the unit offered everything we might need. The pool was very nice and well maintained, the hot tub needed a face lift. The beach location was perfect for leisurely walks, with plenty of options to rent chairs and umbrella, plus food trucks. Having access to an ice machine was a bonus.

Great location

Nice 1 bedroom getaway. Only 2 issues, the oven needs upgrading as well as the living room A/C which never cooled the room down even with the shades closed.

Nice place with a perfect view

Came for Bike week. This unit was very clean and suited our needs. Property manager was super nice and helpful. The only draw back was my husband accidentally took a set of the keys and I had to mail them back, but property manager was really nice about the situation.

Perfect Stay

Adequate : pros and cons

PROS Very Good location Great view Big TV comfortable bed chairs ( not couch) comfortable We had no problem finding parking spot CONS Check in was awful never received email how to check in. Instead of having number to çall had to sign up for account . password the whole mess before able to contact anyone.(Note the check in desk has nothing to do with unit) who did take care of it Elevators very slow Parking lot very dark No light on balcony. Should have grap bar in tub Cleaning fee? We Had to make sure dishes were done, strip the bed, put towels and stuff in tub , make sure there was no trash anywhere, what exactly were we paying to clean ? Sleeper coach outdated and not comfortable to sit on. Could use ice trays in fridge Invest in a newer type coffee machine. So you can pour while it's brewing

Nice place to stay but pictures are deceiving and the unit needs to be updated

Me and my husband stayed for a mini kid free vacation. As soon as we walked in the unit I immediately realized that it definitely didn’t look like the pictures. The bed sheets were not cleaned. As soon as we pulled the quilt back there was tons of black hair all over them. Awesome view from the balcony, but the patio furniture needs to be updated as well. Everything is just very outdated. Also using a key to use any door in or out is a real pain as well. Over all great view.

Great Location. Very clean

Access to info and guest contact was easy and contact was extremely responsive. The unit is a little dated but we spent so little time in there what mattered was the cleanliness and all Appliances working.

I do wish the t. V. In the living room was a smart TV or at least was capable. Try though we might only a few Spectrum channels. We ended up having to stream in the bedroom and eat there. The view was awesome. The property is close to plenty of things to do. However us and many other families trying to get to and come from the beach had a great deal of difficulty with the gate lock between the property and the beach. Each time several of us had to work together to accomplish this simple feat. Late check-in. I think the same way get get the code to the unit in an email we should probably get the key code to the front door. Myself and another person each came around 11 and it was between 20-30 minutes before we were able to reach either contact despite emailing and messaging a few times of the late arrival. I would recommend calling again the day of. Don't leave a message speak to someone. When we did get a hold of Janet she was very nice and the rest of the stay went well. Overall we would return.
