Great for beach trip with friends!
The location was fantastic, one block away from the beach. It was also very nice beach chairs & boogey boards were provided. Also within walking distance to bars & restaurants! There was not an extra set of linens couch bed, but they did have some extra blankets. The blankets didn’t seem freshly washed, however there is a washer/dryer there we were able to use to clean!

Short get away
My husband and I just need a short getaway from cold weather. The place is in a great location, within walking distance of a lot of good beach restaurants and only 1 1 1/2 blocks from beach. But even driving in area is easy compared to the big city where we live. The unit was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed.

Cute place, nice location
First I don't remember the listing saying anything about the lower floor being retail shops. There is a yoga studio on the back side and a shaved ice place on the front. We were a bit surprised but it did not cause any issues or noise. The place was cute but needed a few things to complete the package. The bed in back is very soft. Overall the location is great for the beach and local bars.

Perfect Perfect Perfect!!
This was the perfect house, perfect spot, and perfect all around!! Loved the location and it truly was walking distance to the beach. House had beach towels and a cooler to use, and an outdoor shower to rinse off. Minutes from your doorstep are several restaurants to eat at, grab a snack, coffee or juice. Entertainment was also close by. Rented two chairs and an umbrella for the day ($50). Rita was quick to respond to any questions and let us check out a little late (with no extra fee). Loved Cocoa beach and definitely want to go back. I recommend trying the helicopter ride, too fun! Perfect end to relax after a few days at Universal Studios. Highly recommend staying here.

Picture perfect property
Not only has the property been renovated and made to look updated like new construction but it is very creatively decorated with a sparseness that compliments all that you bring. The layout, design and amenities really make this a very enjoyable stay. I applaud the decorator and designer. The neighborhood was quiet with easy to access many destinations in the area. The walk to the beach was just a short (and safe) stroll away. But above all, the cleanliness was spectacular. Nobody wants to be concerned with dirt and germs from others. This place was spotless. To top it all off the owner left all the right perks as beach needs, drinks, coffee, creamer and even a nice bottle of wine. Good job to all involved with making this a wonderful experience for my daughter and myself. I will also keep in mind the management company (Evolve) used if this is representative of the properties they manage.

Terrific place
Brand new, immaculate, perfect location downtown. We have a small condo on the beach and wanted to have a family weekend. With three daughters, three sons in law, and seven grandkids we needed some more space. This was a block and a half from our place and it was perfect. We hope to return.

The property was exactly as shown in the listing. Absolutely beautiful, clean, convenient. We could actually see the ocean from the front deck. We were able to walk to shopping restaurants and bars and best of all walk to the beach. The owner was very responsive and extremely nice. Perfect Home in a Perfect Location!
The home was as advertised. Loved the beach feel decor and the home had everything you needed for your stay. Short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Only drawback is not having a view of the ocean but knew that coming in. Was there for a three day weekend and it was perfect to unwind and just relax.

Came to FL for Mars launch!
This property was beautiful, clean and perfect for my family of 4. We came for the Mars Perseverance rocket launch and stayed to enjoy the beauty of Cocoa Beach. We went to the beach daily and cooked almost all meals in the lovely kitchen. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus too. The property owners are lovely and went above and beyond to check on us as a category 1 hurricane was approaching. It turned out to be mild, just as he predicted. Looking forward to another stay here in the future!
