The resort was everything you could ever ask for the staff was the friendliest from the bell boy to the butler bartenders waiters so helpful. Best resort in Cancun

I stayed here 2 years prior and enjoyed the staff decor and restaurants so I decided to book again. Most staff were friendly. Some restaurant staff at the steak house were rude and rushed the service. Even though its an all inclusive property I witness the servers upset that tables didn't leave tips. They should give a tour when you initially arrive to let you know what all there is to offer. Instead of the 4 restaurants the tell you about upon arrival. I know its the middle of summer but the mosquitos were excessive. Although my butler Zamora was kind, updates on events at the property were upon request unlike my last visit. My mother who also stayed at the property didn't even know her butlers name because they were never present. Excursions were limited and pricey at the property and the man at the desk seemed uninterested. They should hqve a better system with the golf carts They said it comes every 15 minutes but I was waiting minimum 30 minutes for rides back to the property. None of the elevators had AC. Unless you get to the pool early you wont get towels which is a bummer because most of the chairs are stained. The property is literally on the coast so its a short distance to walk. Keveen and Ximena at the desk went above and beyond. But Mario at the Italian restaurant deserves a raise! Polite kind and knowledgeable!! They also have shops. Make sure to visit Chicano at the jeweler.

We started off ruff as there was an issue finding our reservation. We had to go back and forth with Expedia for a while until everything was resolved. Not the properties fault but what did make us upset is we had to deal with a new check-in agent every time we went up to the counter because the previous person was no where to be found. No one came to check on us or find us when the room was ready. Super frustrating. Otherwise the property was great. Food and drinks were top tier. Raul at the pool was the best. He made sure we were taken care of at all times.

Enjoyed myself solo trip staff was very nice the butlers Ivan and Edgar were amazing , enjoyed the spa as well and the Bali bed. It was my birthday and they gave me this. Definitely will go back. ! Food was amazing too

I’ve been to a lot of places abroad and the customer service seems to be better elsewhere. I’ve never had a great experience in Mexico. Just seems like other Caribbean destinations are more in tune and better Cater to their customers

The inconsistency drove me crazy. My stay here was very stressful. Upon our arrival Saturday 3:20p we were not greeted with a cool towel or a cold beverage nor were we ask if we desired one. I chose this place because of the reviews on FB page regarding TRS. I must have missed something because this place didn't have attentive butlers. The manager wouldn't resolve the issues I was having. I went to the front desk and she never came to listen to my concerns, I Called and never got an answer. The butlers need to be trained. I don't ask for much but having to call every day for towels. This was my first time here and from what I experience my last time. We were not offered the premium package after upgrading our room to a swim out pool side. I purchased a swim out and didn't realized it was garden view. I feel the representative should have offered us the premium package for $600. since I was paying for another room $400. It didn't happen. We were there for 7 days and was never told about the maid button, never got a tour of the grounds of TRS but of course they wanted us to go the the sells presentation only to hear they don't purchase our platinum status we have with UVC for there program we were mislead about this information. We didn't sleep well the bed was so uncomfortable the furniture in the room wasn't comfortable either. Just not a good week. I didn't really enjoy ourselves we made the best of it. Not enough room to tell all the craziness of this place.

Excellent resort. We have been there twice and we love it. The food is high quality and the staff is super friendly. The butlers are always very attentive. The hotel is gorgeous. My only complaint would be about Helios restaurant because the service was too slow, last year we went and it was slow too and it is a shame because the food is so good and the restaurant is beautiful. But other than that this is our favorite resort and we already want to come back!!
