Great hotel, excellent location.
Lovely stay. This is the second time we have stayed here and both have been fabulous. It’s in such a good spot near to Brighton centre, easily walkable and a very reasonable price. The staff laid on a funny rose petal design on the bed when we arrived (requested by me to make my partner laugh) and it was brilliant. Thanks so much.

Absolutely superb!
Absolutely superb! Beautiful room and with a personal hot tub! Very warm and friendly greeting and will definitely be booking again. Bed was super comfy and room had a full size fridge with coffee machine and kettle. Cannot recommend highly enough.

A great little hotel!
Great hotel. With lovely staff and the most amazing breakfast. In fact I think it was the best buffet breakfast we've ever had. Daniela the manager went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. Wouldn't hesitate to book there again!

What a lovely stay. We only spent a night here, but had a great view of the pier, it was in a quiet part but not far from everything. The room was very warm (without the heating being), but had a fan in the cupboard which we used. It smelt really nice in there too, with the plug in, which was a nice touch. There were some parts of the bathroom that could’ve been a bit cleaner, like soap scum left on the basin, but it wasn’t dirty by any means! Staff were really friendly and helpful. I ordered the rose petals on the bed as it was our anniversary. Due to being an Expedia VIP we had a free bottle of Prosecco, which was lovely! We’d definitely come back and stay here again.

Very friendly welcome when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were helpful. The room was very spacious and pleasantly decorated with complimentary water, tea/coffee biscuits etc.

the front desk was incredible!! she even helped us figure out the parking internet. Brighton itself is ok. the Royal Pavillion was worth the visit-get the audio. rooms were incredibly clean at the Sea Spray and conveniently located to everything. really loved it

Bank holiday weekend stay
Comfortable and nice stay for the BH weekend. Staff at reception and sister hotel( where bfast was) very helpful and nothing was too much trouble. 2 min walk to the beach front and close to all the major attractions and fun things including a Zip line and the i 360. Parking in a challenge but again staff guided us well

The whole experience was more than excellent. The hotel and its sister hotel was exceptional. The facilities were very good in both hotels. The staff in both were very courteous and very helpful. Nothing was too much for them. You could see them interact with everybody the same. We would certainly recommend the hotel to anybody, and are already thinking about returning next year.
