The location was excelent, close to the beach and the lanes quarter. The breakfast was amazing and we got free parking in the attached parking garage.

Kind of an eyesore in a charming seaside town.
Ok hotel, basically over priced and kind of an eyesore on the Brighton waterfront. It belongs in a big city, not a charming seaside town. Also, there is absolutely no parking except in the garage sand that’s $15/day….we paid $400 for the room, it would be nice if they had free parking.

We enjoyed our stay in Brighton. The hotel was conveniently situated near to all the restaurants, bars and entertainment. Room was nice and clean but bathroom could do with a refurb. Car parking is limited and ridiculously expensive in The Lanes car park. Due to this wouldn’t book here again.

Hotel was fantastic with great staff. Parking was a nightmare with no free parking even for blue badge holders and what parking there was, was very expensive, would of been better to roll this into the hotel price as its not a very nice sting in the tail of the experience at the hotel. Great location though, ideal to explore the lanes area.

The best thing of this hotel is certainly the staff. Communal areas are great. Rooms a bit plane and dated but ok. Excellent breakfast and wonderful location. Didn’t use the spa or gym, so can’t comment. Very convenient close parking at excellent price for hotel guest.
