Indulge in the splendor of this exquisite lakeside condominium situated within the Wild Pines community at Bonita Bay. Boasting top-tier amenities and a prime location near shopping, dining, and the beach, this two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit provides everything necessary for an enjoyable Florida vacation. The condo is fully furnished and equipped with linens, kitchen utensils, bath and beach towels, internet, cable, and more. Your stay includes complimentary parking, and a refreshing pool is conveniently located just a short walk away from your unit.

This unit is provided with a starter set of body wash, bar soap, shampoo & conditioner, 1 roll of toilet paper & paper towels. Once these items run out, they are not replenished.

Unit is provided with all living essentials. Beach Towels, chairs, bath towels, linens, kitchen supplies, etc.
This unit is on the 3rd floor of building D which is the furthest south (or left) when entering Wild Pines.
This unit is self check in. You will be given a door code for entry in your email or inbox.
There is an elevator in this building.
Beach access is about a 10 minute away. You can park at the public beach or take the shuttle provided!
Parking is free but you will need a pass from the main gate.
This unit has a king bed and two twin beds.

Private Beach Shuttle: You will get a shuttle pass emailed to you prior to arrival. You will need to keep this wherever you go. Masks are required to ride the bus.

Canoeing: You may access a canoe by contacting the main gate.
Misc: You may also enjoy the Butterfly garden, Wild Pines pool, tennis, and grill areas, and multiple on property restaurants.

Everything as advertised

Enjoyed every minute. Unit was clean, comfortable and well stocked. Having the pool, bar and restaurant a short walk away cinched it for us.

Bonita Bay Condo

This is a comfortable condo, close to all amenities with a pleasant view of a large pond and part of golf course. A couple of improvements were required. The glass shower door needed repairs which we were told would be fixed, and pots and pans were in terrible shape. We bought a pot and fry pan ourselves.

Great location and view; kitchen just OK

We love the Bonita Bay community and area; we stayed two weeks in January and had a great time. This condo is very nice and comfortable overall; convenient location with a 2-minute walk to the pool and close to the shuttle stop (although it wasn't running this year due to the hurricane damage at the beach). We had two couples staying and it was nice that we each had our own bathroom, but we would look for a larger condo if we were staying two weeks again. Kitchen is fine (older painted cabinets) but pretty cramped if more than one person is in it. Compared to previous Wild Pines condos that we have rented, this one fell short in the kitchen pots/pans and utensils provided (dull knives, only a few pots provided and some were dirty and damaged with peeling nonstick surfaces), minimum amount of dishes provided. Beds were very soft and a bit bouncy; mattresses and pillows/comforters seemed older. Linens were the bare minimum, for example extra pillows were provided but no extra pillowcases; only one towel per person. One closet was half filled with a ladder and some other utility things; closet space is pretty limited in these condos so it would be nice if it were all available. The rental agent was responsive when we did contact them (e.g. the front gate did not have our name when we checked in), but I don't think I should have to be the one to tell them about basic deficiencies.

Active Community

The Wild Pines development is one of several developments within the Bonita Bay Community. It has a nice pool and clubhouse stocked with books and games. The community has several scenic walking and bike paths. Our rental was a middle unit with a view of a lake behind it. It was large enough to accommodate 2 of us comfortably, but was a bit crowded for 4. It was pleasant to sit on the screened in porch overlooking the lake. Kitchen utensils and cookware could use a bit of an upgrade. The TV in the master bedroom was a smart TV, but the living room TV was not. I believe that Wild Pines is the only development in Bonita Bay that offers short term rentals. Communication with the property management was very good. During our 2 week stay, we had 1 issue with a leaky faucet that was promptly attended to.

Management company was horrible!

When we arrived there were no towels or washcloths, no soap and a half a roll of toilet paper and 2 sheets of paper towel! We arrived on a Friday and after several calls to the management company, who was extremely hard to get a hold of, we finally got 5 bath towels on Saturday night! NEVER received washcloths or hand towels! Also the company didn’t email our shuttle pass to the beach until Saturday! I asked for some kind of refund for all of the problems and they said they would look into it and I NEVER heard back from them! VERY UNHAPPY!

Wild Pines condo

We loved the area and the condo was just as advertised! The only glitch was that the computer at the gate wasn’t updated with our reservation when we arrived so we had to contact the rental company to help us get checked in….Tucker was super helpful with that so it all worked out fine! We would definitely stay here again. Loved the private beach also!

The condo was great. The location is terrific. Convenient to the beaches. Tennis and pool across the parking lot from our condo. Looking forward to staying here again.
