Don't recommend this property, Sub Standard property condition and poor facilities. Room not upgraded to modern day needs. Missing shower knob. All in one liquid for hand wash and shower. Bad looking and old window curtains. Old carpet with stains.

President hotel Blackpool

I know you get what you pay for but i stopped in a single bed room, but when the heating was off it was freezing and i mean freezing, also took 15 minutes to get hot water in the sink, has for the shower that was a joke i ran it for 20 minutes but the water was freezing, also in the bathroom tiles were away from the wall, the only good thing i can say was the staff were polite and helpful, the breakfast was brilliant well full, over all the hotel could do with a mayor overall all ,the room i stayed in was 107 overall i would give it 2 out of 10 sorry.

When we arrived we were given a terrible room wardrobe broken chair broken not a nice room ,complained and was moved to a better room , couldn’t use shower as not disabled friendly no rails to hold on to .but was a better room, staff were lovely very helpful and friendly were really good with the dog , would stay there again but would ask for proper disabled friendly room

If 0 stars was an option that’s all I’d give!

Think this is the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, my wee brother found a used condom down the side of his bed, the toilet seat was broken, the room was covered in mild and the wardrobe was barely standing. Not once were we told about having to pay for parking and ended up getting a ticket poor communication from staff not worth the money

Was so disappointed as soon as we saw the outside we knew it would be dirty as the windows were filthy and a broken umbrella stand with a huge amount of cigarette butts . The view was amazing ! The bedding spotless! Carpets throughout need changing ! The evening meal was good breakfast very poor cold and dry . Although the manager of restaurant was astounding couldn’t do enough for us as was our cleaning lady ! Would not recommend anyone to stay as we don’t expect the Ritz ! Just ordinary people .

Parking ticket received when parked on hotel property. seems to be a regular occurence caused by lack of information during check in. Broken window and electrical sockets in room. Overpriced for facilities provided.
