Over priced for what you get

Ìnpaid so much for my stay in this hotel to get there and get a 17 pound charge to park our room was small for a family room could hardly move about with out getting under eachnothers feet also the veiw was ov a run down hotel and wasnt at all what we emajined off a hilton experiance the breakfast the next day was very dry and not at all set out right or managed propley infact it made all who stayed with me poorly i will not be booking to stay hear in future

Family Trip

We chose this hotel as it was close to the pleasure beach and it was ideal. Our boys first trip to Blackpool and they loved it. The hotel was spotless, service first class and the breakfast was lovely. At check in they advised to come down early for breakfast as the hotel was fully booked,which was great advice as it did get really busy around 8am.

The staff here are all very accommodating and the hotel is also dog friendly with beds and things offered for the dog with a secure open space opposite the hotel for dogs to run around in

Not a Queen bed

We are a couple with a toddler and booked a room with a Queen bed and sofa. However, this was not a Queen size bed only a double and was very uncomfortable due to three sleeping in this bed. When this was mentioned to reception on checking out, we were told this was false advertising and we must have been cosy!!! For the same price, we could have booked a room with two double beds and been comfortable; these rooms were also bigger overall.

Fantastic stay

A lovely hotel perfect staff very helpful very happy and department is absolutely beautiful. This is our third stay at the hotel. We shall be staying again in December under the beds are very dusty and on top of the shelf in the wardrobe is dusty apart from that it’s perfect.

Room was clean and tidy but bathroom door had no lock and kept sliding open. Paid for family room with Queen size bed but we got a double bed instead. Breakfast was an absolute shambles from start to finish. We were seated by a lovely young lady and she asked if we needed a high chair for our 8 mnth old baby. We said yes but she never came back so my partner had to go and ask another staff member.There were no plates or cutlery available so people were left stood waiting with trays of food going cold. We left most of our breakfast as it tasted awful plus cold from us waiting for cutlery. Shame really as it is a lovely hotel.

Good standard hotel as.you would expect from the chain. Room was clean , although just starting to show it ages in places. We managed to park in front of hotel , which is free , but the hotel car park is now £17 per night , which is a rip off in my opinion. Area around hotel is a bit run down
