Room too small round the windows was damp no paper on somebody played a prank and put do not disturb on the door so room wasn’t cleaned

Pros: breakfasts and staff friendliness
Cons: the condition of rooms
Location: Everything is nearby at Blackpool,hotel has excellent location to everything
lovely open areas around the hotel,especially the dining room!,lounge areas and bar also looked good,But the disappointment for us was the room!not sure if the hotel is part way through renovations,but if they were it appeared they hadn't got to our room.The breakfasts were 1st class, all tasty and well presented.The dining staff were also 1st class
