Lounge was comfortable, car park good,never ate here as never asked so a bit disappointed walkways and passages very narrow, Bedroom pokey and small, poor sleep as no heating and very low temperatures up at 4 am to warm room with hairdryer,wife slept with fleece jacket on,bathroom ok but cold

Good location at north shore with tram stop outside, rooms, bar and toilets in clean condition. Took a while to get a drink from the bar sometimes whilst waiting for someone, other than that we will go back again😃

Bargain winter break

Book direct and receive free breakfast and on site parking, within walking distance from the tower, tram stop outside the door perfect location.....expect corridor noise at all hours after all it is Blackpool and the pubs are open till 5am

Lovely hotel spoilt by incompetence

Pros: Not a lot
Cons: Reception cleaners who know how to clean.
Location: location was pretty good and within easy walking distance to town.
We arrived too early to check in but the receptionist gave us a ticket for the car window. She was very polite and professional. We returned later in the day to check in and was greeted by the grumpiest receptionist I have ever met. I asked her where she came from (it was obvious she wasn't English) she said in a very unfriendly way Russia, she proceeded to give us the room key and informed us about breakfast etc. ( it has to be said she would have been better employed as a prison officer than a receptionist). When we got to the room as we opened the door it was plain to see the room had not been cleaned, there was scraps of food on the floor. When I went intro the bathroom the toilet was dirty with faecal matter on the side of the toilet bowl, I tried to flush it but it was obvious the toilet was blocked the water rose in the bowl along with faecal matter. I phoned reception and was offered another room. I went for the key and went to get my husband (he is disabled) and went to the next room 212 the kettle had no light to indicate if it was on or not, in the bathroom if you sit on the toilet you cannot reach the toilet paper which is particularly frustrating at certain times!!. There was also dirt on the floor and the waste bin had dirty tissues in it. Other than this it was quite nice. But I think an experience not to be repeated.

Beach front hotel with parking

We stayed one night. The room was facing the sea, clean and had coffee/tea making facilities. The staff were very helpful. There was limited parking on the forecourt of the hotel, although we had to pay £5 for the privilege. However, we were allowed to keep the car there until mid-afternoon because we had booked to see the Tower in the afternoon (we had to ask, as check-out was 10.30). One disappointing aspect was the charge for breakfast - I think it was over £8, although we didn't take it. The hotel wasn't cheap, and I would have expected maybe a continental breakfast thrown in for the price.

wonderful staff

Pros: the staff
Cons: smell in the room
I arrived after 11pm due to a delayed train. I rang at about 9.30 and the staff were super-helpful, checking me in an letting the night manager know. On arrival at the train station there were no cabs but I rang the hotel and they got one to me in less than 5 minutes. The night manager took by paper order and it was not one on their usual list, but he got it and brought it to me at breakfast. Really excellent service. I slept well in a room which did not suffer from any noise from other guests. The only down score on cleanliness/comfort was a strong synthetic smell that I feared might mask unpleasant remains from one or more previous guests.

Fantastic location

Hotel is is idealy located for black pool town centre and the tower only a 5 to 10 min walk away. Hotel is in the seafront with its own private carpark. The reception staff where very helpful and friendly with my requests .
