Fabulous staff on arrival, informative and excellent knowledge of the area. Clean room, but mattresses were very uncomfortable 😕. Would probably not stay there again on that basis. Great view though!

UK hotels are so over priced for what you get and this one is a prime example. Both beds had very uncomfortable old mattresses. Paint peeling off walls. Poor, mismatched furnishings. Fire doors held open, no PAT of electricals. The only plus was the view but dirty windows don't help.

Shower drain clogged. If the cleaner clear the bathroom that they should have noticed. It's a great location and right at the beach. In general if they improve the room conditions. It is a nice place to stay.

Booked a suite with a queen and single bed which Expedia and the owner confirmed. Confirmed room over the phone with owner the day before. He still gave my room away to someone else leaving us with only a double room which meant we had to have someone sleep on the floor. Refused to issue refund or authorize Expedia to do so when they called.
