Location was great and so were the staff but the rooms were deplorable and although we had paid for 2 nights, we left after the first night. If we could have found another hotel that first night, we would have left then.

Checking in was great. Room fine too apart from the sink not draining properly in the bathroom. I reported this while checking out and was told it would be checked. Breakfast was good apart from the fact the staff on duty being a bit too keen on clearing my table. I went to make some toast and left a coffee and orange juice on the table. On returning both drinks had been cleared!!

Great hotel!

Very welcoming hotel. Staff very friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a great location for exploring Derry. Great selection of tasty food for breakfast although staff struggled a little to keep it all replenished.

The staff were very friendly and the check in was perfect. The room was warm and either the air conditioner didn't work or I didn't know how to work it. I had a personal fan, so I did sleep well. The walls were very dusty. Overall... 8/10.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this hotel, from the early check-in, to the staff it was great. Breakfast was incredible, so many items to choose from, hot and easy to access. Just one same detail, the hotel saying it has parking, but it’s a garage across the street and they will help with the cost, so my suggestion is they update the site to say parking off site for a cost!

The air conditioning never came on. It was very noisy from the street and we had to open windows to get some air. Was given a handicap room and did not request. Shower soaked the floor making it a bit dangerous for us as we are in 70's. Only plug near a mirror was next to floor and the hair dryer cord was very short so had to sit on the floor to do hair. Breakfast was decent. Location was close to several good restaurants.

Had a room on the street intersection....very noisy! Air conditioning did not work so had to keep windows open which added to the noise. Was given a handicap room and was not asked id it was ok. Had to sit on the floor to dry hair in a mirror as that was the only plug and dryer cord was very short. Other guests that we were traveling with had requested a fan annd over an hour later had still not been delivered and the front desk did not answer the phone. When we went down clerk was just sitting there. Just was not a good experience. Breakfast was good.

Good location close to the amenities Friendly staff and well laid out bar and breakfast area, very good breakfast menu On the downside the room was located close to the heating/ventilation system which was very noisy, the en-suite shower cubicle is in need of grouting replaced as black spots very prevalent Otherwise very pleased with our stay and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone visiting Derry
