On the corridors running between the Bedrooms, the fitted carpets kept the areas very quiet, so was not troubled in the night. All the staff were always polite and well prepared to answer any matters raised. We have used the Hotel many times over the years, the basic quality has always been excellent, as it was this time under the new management. We will come again.

Lovely staff, nice environment. Spa felt like a leisure centre, over crowded and no towels provided. Rooms lovely and comfy but had two cold-luke warm showers. Staff helpful and friendly. Overall, nice enough place but would not go back or recommend as a 5*. More like 3.5 or 4 and therefore overpriced.

The staff were excellent, very welcoming and as it was my wedding anniversary and birthday they upgraded is. Rooms were beautiful, bed was so comfortable, we had a great 2 nights sleep
