We were upgraded on arrival which was great and probably made all the difference to our overnight stay. Breakfast was very good .Could get the staff to smile a little , .staff at bar friendly and good good food served there too. Everyone needs to smile and relax and enjoy their what they do .

A very comfortable stay

Pros: A quiet location not far from Enniskillen. Very comfortable with excellent staff
Cons: Not a lot really
Location: My partner and I used the hotel as a base from which to explore Northern Ireland. Perfect.
An extremely comfortable and friendly hotel. Excellent choice of menu in both the restaurant and the bar and all at reasonable prices. We will definitely go back.

My Experience of this 5 start Resort

I've been to a few 5 stars and this establishment is up there with most, only let down by its poor customer service/experience by their 'main' staff. After much research I decided to propose here. A perfect setting to do so, again only let down by a poor customer experience. Let's face it, when you speak to staff to prep something for you given that you've just proposed you just expect a little more from a 5 start est. other than this, the room was excellent (lakeside view) as was the food. I ordered the tomahawk steak for two, which was fantastic up in the bar and grill. - I would recommend if you could see pass the poor service up in this particular restaurant. Breakfast was nice the next morning with a good selection, although after being seated and waiting 15mins we had to go and get a waiter to be served. Again, I expect just a little more from a 5 star est. although didn't let it dampen the occasion!

Good hotel with pool

All good expect very wobbly toilet seat and flush handle broke with first flush. Not brilliant when your 7 and half months pregnant! Otherwise lovely big spacious room, even without the lake view.

Anniversary Overnight Stay

Pros: Everything !
Cons: Nothing !
Location: The resort is set in the beautiful setting of the Lough Erne countryside in Co Fermanagh, Enniskillen is nearby and is a very friendly town.
This stunning 5* hotel is in the most beautiful surroundings of countryside and is absolutely beautiful both inside the hotel and outside on the grounds. My husband and I stayed for 1 night for an Anniversary treat and we couldn't have wished for better. Our room was spectacular and we were allocated with a balcony/terrace room - its was beautifully decorated and we were welcomed with a "Happy Anniversary" message and macaroons in our room! The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly and we were even escorted to our car by the concierge with an extra large umbrella to shelter us from the weather! The spa was delightful, the pool, jacuzzi and steam room were just perfect to relax in - just what we needed!. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so perfect :)
