I had booked a number of rooms for a family birthday celebration. The staff at the hotel were really helpful and friendly before and during our stay. They were very accommodating and seemed to take a genuine interest in ensuring we all had a great time!
The hotel was well located with lovely rooms, great breakfast and plenty of suggestions for things to do and see.

Stayed here one night and felt like we got a bait and switch. We booked the room on expedia and it showed it as a really nice room. When we went to check in, the host said she could move us to a much better room for additional euros. We went to the room we original booked which was in a completely different building. A two story, with access from the outside, with the rooms on the first floor but the top floor looked like it was a cross between a halfway house or flop house. We did not feel comfortable and went back and paid euros to move. The main building (hotel) was nice but I feel like it was a scam for people who book the other building without knowing the reviews were for the main building.
The room was very nice and the bed and quilt were exceptional comfortable. The staff were very friendly, exceeding helpful and would certainly be a reason that I would consider booking again.
We attempted to cancel due to the parties and revellers at the hotel. Disgusting toilets and general areas.
No customer services. Not interested. Could have offered different date but just want the full payment. Not interested in repeat business.
The hotel was lovely and clean and the staff very helpful. The family room had 3 beds so was lovely and comfortable and the TV a samsung smart Tv was hugh so we enjoyed a few movies on it in the evening Time. The hotel is walking distance to Tesco, McDonalds and Dominoz Pizza so handy for snacks etc

This is a very nice hotel with great staff, like Shane on the front desk. Beautiful rooms in this newer section. Nice location, very central, Stay there if you are in the Enniskillen area or just passing through like I was.
