We booked in very easily ,staff very friendly and helpful great service and the apartment very clean and comfortable purposeful , and had a lovely dinner and few beers , before dinner lovely hot shower and some internet and tv woke up to lovely buffet breakfast the family had a great time

Room we were allocated the air conditioning was broken and confirmed by the hotel, thermostat wall control device was not working, fan already in the room which clearly indicated there was a problem to begin with and decision was still taken by the hotel to place us in the room. Requested room change and was told there was only 1 room left which has accessible bathroom facilities, not a problem but left no option other than to accept. Again in room thermostat control device failed to work. Breakfast no food replenishments and had to ask multiple times when food would be placed in buffet containers. Item missing bacon, sausages, beans which generally form part of a cooked breakfast? When exiting car park pressed intercom, nothing happened. Whilst car was dormant revisited reception to request card to exit and was told ay problems, please just press the intercom button. Really….. For the price of the accommodation, I would strongly recommend you look elsewhere as there are many other hotels available at reasonable rates £150 that would provide a far better experience. Reception staff very professional but an overnight stay away should provide more than the absolute bare minimum and encourage you to want to return. This certainly did not.

Our hotel stay was enjoyable from start to finish. All the staff, especially Jen (sp?), were friendly and extremely helpful. The room was clean and beds extremely comfortable. The only thing that is missing are safes in the room but you can put your belongings in safe downstairs and the lobby lights could use a dusting. Walkable to everything.
