Serviceable place to stay. I booked a better room then what I was given upon check in. I told the clerk, and he corrected the error. The larger room was fantastic. Great air conditioning. Book the bigger room, night and day then the other smaller ones.

Location is tough to beat - only issue was a spark outage causing us to have no power the first night. Was fixed next day!

Overall good hotel being very close to Windsor Castle and surrounded by shops, coffee places and restaurants . The room was large and comfortable except that the air conditioning did not work well and indded was set to stop after 3 hours so we woke up hot during the night.

A strange Marie Celeste of a place. No reception, key code to enter. Front door down a side street no vehicular access. Brilliant location 5 mins from station 5 mins from all restaurants and the castle. Rooms comfortable and reasonable size. Breakfast a do it yourself continental affair, but great selection. Very quiet

Great place. Almost next to caste. Easy to walk to too many restaurants to count, plus a ton of other places. The only potential drawback is if you are on top floor with heavy luggage. There is no lift. But they can store it for you at a lower level. GREAT PLACE OVERALL!

Beautiful Modern Hotel in the Center of Town
Our family room was huge, modern and super-clean, and right in the middle the quaint town of Windsor. I could not say enough about what an unexpected pleasure this hotel was.

Very helpful during booking changes. For the nth. Time Hotels.com I only stayed ONE night. I await the confirmed refund. Really nice place. Sadly no wheelchair access so I will not be staying when my wife accompanies me.
