Fixed very quickly

The room is big, clean and comfortable. The kitchen sink disposal was not turning thus water went down very slowly. The bathroom sink plug was broken. I must give the service man a thumbs up as he quickly fixed both issues. I wish they were fixed before we moved in.

Highly recommend

We booked this hotel for my birthday trip and it will definitely be a hotel we book again. This hotel's saff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean and everything felt new. We booked a suite and it came with everything, dishes, silverware, glasses, dish washer machine, stove and even a scrub daddy lol. The area of the hotel was also a bonus for me because it was in a safe and quiet location.

No silverware available when we arrived to property ( included in reservation ), I was assigned to a room very distant to elevator even thought the facility was not full. The shower box did not have a rubber mat and it was very slippery. I expressed these to the manager at check out.
