My reservation was not guaranteed and I was downgraded from a King junior suite to just a King room. I was told I was downgraded, without notification, and they were sold out. I had to put my foot down and advise that wasn't going to work I needed the room I paid for in advance and booked ahead of time. I will give the Hilton employee credit she was able to figure it out and book me in a room I requested. But she should not have been put in the situation and have to "figure it out". Hilton we need to do better.

The hotel serves the purpose in this price point. It was clean and quiet. Our first room, 320 smelled musty and dank as soon as we opened the door. We went back to the front desk and requested a different room and they accommodated us. The new room was fine.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rooms were spacious and clean. Had dinner at the restaurant which was decent. Having breakfast included in price would have been nice. Overall pleased with my stay and would stay there again.

I check in and I got room number 324,and we where there fir 15min,opened my bags and my son went in shower ,there was no hit water room was smelled avd hairs in the bathtub. I went to lobby they gave me new room 422,in that rush I forgot my reading glasses and sun glasses in room 324,I went to ask them they said to go my stuff.com and claim my stuff it's only been 30 min and they can't give my stuff back I list $800 for my own things.bcos the staff don't want to help. This was very bad I been Hilton honor member fir so long never had this bad experience

We were unable to stay for our booking because of Hurricane Milton. The staff told us they had damage and we would not be able to stay, which is understandable, but they also refused to refund us or move the reservation to another time. Given the circumstances I understand why we could not stay there, but we also live in the Tampa area and are also dealing with the effects of Helene and Milton. We were hoping for a staycation before we were impacted by losses from the hurricane, and for a company as large as Hilton not to even be able to work with us is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable.

I was disappointed to find no light above the bathroom sink and a tile missing near the tub. Everything was functional but I expect more when I pay Hilton prices. I am always annoyed by add on fees for things that would be free for stay that costs $60 less at a lesser brand hotel.

The sign in the elevator said that breakfast was $10, but come to find out it was $15. Not a huge deal, but it was definitely more of a $10 breakfast. Probably would just get food somewhere else next time.
