Our priority: A Clean & Healthy environment for all family members, every guest, each friend.
A minimum of 30-hours between reservations gives our cleaners time to disinfect all surfaces & freshly wash all bedding & towels. Our condo is properly cleaned & thoroughly sanitized before & after each stay.
We follow CDC requirements for a healthy & safe home-setting environment. Disinfectant & basic cleaning supplies are always provided during your stay.
We have a no contact check-in/check-out system. There is no office and no main entrance. You have a private door for the entrance to your condo with a keypad instead of keys. We have 2 stairways and 1 elevator. The elevator has an outgoing air exchange, constantly taking out the old air and bringing in the fresh air.
Be assured that you & your family will enjoy a relaxing, comfortable stay at Bayside Condos.
Our 3rd floor condo is on the barrier island of Clearwater Beach. Just 10 minutes of walking brings you to the excitement of beach life! Our studio condo comes with 1 free parking space, 2 queen beds, balcony, kitchenette supplied with more than just the basics, bathroom has tub, shower & vanity sink area. Free WIFI, Smart TV with basic cable, DVD player with an assortment of movies, gated pool, backyard, BBQ grill, bike rack, coin-operated laundry center with washers & dryers. There's a pier for fishing or just relaxing.

Conference

This was very convenient to my conference at Sheraton. Jessica very responsive to my questions! Very walkable to local restaurants, bed and pillows sooo comfortable! My only negative is the balcony not so private as next to th neighbors on either side but honestly they weren’t there 24/7, little noise from boat yard but don’t forget they are just coming back from hurricane and trying to get things up and running! Overall give it a try many positives, very clean also!

Clean and well managed

I've stayed at this location a couple years ago. The exterior landscape is well kept. Building is well maintained. Unit had a balcony. The interior was clean and well kept. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Thank you Jessica for your quick answers to our questions.

Great place

This condo is clean and near anything you need. You can swim at the pool and walk to the beach which is a short distance away. We love staying here because it’s on the quiet side. Communication with the owner is great. I highly recommend this to anyone. Love it!

Great stay

My cousin and I visited for a relaxing girls trip. The two queen beds were perfect for us to have our own space. They were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised by all the amenities the condo offered. Everything was clean and well maintained. The laundry area as well as laundry appliances were clean and worked well. Pool was relaxing and clean. It is about a 15-20 min walk to many of the main attractions of Clearwater beach, but we preferred the quiet and privacy away from that. We utilized the trolley system daily, with a stop just a few mins walk from the condo. All our needs were met with this stay, and we had a great time.

Beach Getaway

It's located on the inter coastal, looking across the last finger of water on that side of the beach, and only a short block from the bridge to Sand Key. The third floor view of sunrise over the boats at the yacht club next door was beautiful. It seemed that everything we needed was within walking distance. The unit was well equipped, and we didn't need to bring anything but food. The decor of our unit was a little tired, but very comfortable, and we felt at home. The price was very reasonable based on other rentals on Clearwater Beach, and overall, it was a nice stay at the beach.

Great clean little place with a view

Spring Training Weekend

Great spot for a spring vacation! Saw spring training baseball in Donedin and in Tampa. Enjoyed the pool and nearby bars of restaurants. Thanks for a fun weekend!

We love Clearwater and decided to spend new years on the beach. The place was great.

Our host was great, the room was well stocked and clean! We swam in the pool when it was 60 outside! We would definitely stay again.

I enjoyed the location and property. A quick walk (10 min) to Clearwater Beach and a very short drive going to Sand Key Beach. It had everything we were looking for in our stay! Plus very friendly property Managers and quick to reply on VRBO.

Great little get away spot

My best friend and I stayed here. Very cute, its quite and clean. Spent most time at caladisi island, was verry nice. Did the mangrove kayak adventure, got torn up by mosquitos, it still was pretty

Great Stay!

We had a great time in Clearwater. I’m originally from the area. The PM gave great recommendations to help prepare my itinerary. Check in was really easy, the unit was clean and welcoming. They provided instructions for everything! Great location, pretty quiet except for Yacht Club parties that ended at a reasonable hour. I would rent this location again!

CHARMING AND CLEAN

Great location with water view and balcony. Very well equipped with every essential for beach and pool. Beach chairs, towels, beach/pool toys and a small cooler. Pool area surrounded lush landscape made it very private.

In short we were underwhelmed with the condition and cleanliness of the property. I

The a/c did not effectively cool the condominium. In the kitchen it blasts cold air, but that does not get to the sleeping areas. The vents are decrepit and filthy, and smelly. We all left with sore throats and itchy eyes due to the mold in the ventilation system. The bathroom fan needs to be replaced entirely and the bathtub faucet was hanging out of the bathtub saddle. The doors, jams, curtains, rods and tie backs were filthy. The beds were lumpy and smelly. (Thank goodness we brought Lysol spray or we would have to leave.) the curtain rods were held together with tape and all metal surfaces were rusted. The microwave and filters are filthy and filled with gunk. We are usually big tippers, but the room was so poorly maintained we couldn’t reward such poor conditions. Shame because the location is good.
