Great vacation destination along Florida's Gulf Coast and some of the nation's top rated white sandy beaches! You can head to Clearwater beach for action packed fun or Honeymoon and Caladesi Island for a relaxing time on a beautiful sandy beach. Love to golf? We are located just a 5 minute drive to Innisbrook Golf Resort among many other beautiful golf courses in the area. If you just want to hang out and relax, the house has that too. With direct access to Lake Tarpon, you can bring your boat and drop in the water at nearby Anderson Park, and tie it up in the backyard along the canal; or use our 3 kayaks to explore the large lake and go fishing and relax in the backyard when you get done.

This is a great location to do just about anything. Home is minutes to beautiful gulf beaches, world famous Tarpon Springs Spongedocks and Innisbrook Resort and Golf. Great vacation spot with lots to do and see. 30 minutes to Tampa and surrounding bay area. Approximately 60 minutes to Busch Gardens and about 2 hour drive to Disney and Universal Studios Orlando.

This lovely home is about 1200 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is eat-in style and nice and cozy seats 5 adults.

There is no cable, only roku channels, Peacock, Netflix and amazon prime streaming are available to watch some movies or binge your favorite shows.

For added fun, we have a Wii system with some games in one bedroom and an xBox 360 in the living room. Also, there are board games available too!

We want all of our guests who stay here to feel welcome. Please do not smoke in or near the house where smoke can get in. This is a smoke-free and pet free residence. Any sign of smoking or smell in the house will result in an additional cleaning charge of $300.

Great Vacation

It was my husband and I. We went there to visit our 20 and 22 yr old. They came and stayed with us. It was very clean and the location is in the middle of everything. The backyard was very nice and relaxing. I do wish there was a easier way to get the Kyacks in and out of the water. or a ladder or something to get down and get up on the dock.. But besides that it was amazing.. Thank you so much for allowing us stay at your house and making great family memories.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay in this house. The house is on a canal where we often sat to read. Very quiet and relaxing. We also kayaked in the canals. The house is very clean and is well supplied with everything you need. The location is a short drive to Dunedin and Clearwater and also a ton of great golf courses. We spent a month here and felt very comfortable and safe.

Canal life

Fabulous get away nest, close to restaurants and beaches. Relaxing canal to observe beautiful sunrises, turtles, birds and fish. Very clean, comfortable and thoughtfully decorated home.

Graduation Stay

We had an amazing stay, the home was comfortable, well kept, and had a ton of helpful added touches. They had sunscreen, shampoos, coffee, bandaids, feminine products, and wine just to name a few things. It’s seems like they added all the little things you may have forgotten while packing at your disposal. The kayaks and boat were and added bonus. We enjoyed kayaking the canal and watching all the wildlife. It’s the perfect place to spot an alligator. We spotted many on our morning trips. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. We had local birds fly up and hangout with us. It was one of our best vacations. Oh and the location is absolutely perfect. Close to all the popular vacation spots but far enough away for quiet. Will definitely recommend to everyone I know.

Honeymoon Island Swim

We had an excellent stay. The space was perfect for us. Wish we could have used the water access but it stormed after our morning at Honeymoon Island. Great location near Tarpon Springs. We want to come back!

Great property with lake access.

Had a great time. Property is cute and clean. Quiet neighborhood.. Right on canal off Lake Tarpon. Room for your boat or use their boat and kayaks.. Owner is very good with communication! Highly recommend.

We loved this place!

Wonderful vacation location. We loved being on Lake Tarpon. We took advantage of the Semi V boat and kayaks. The owners we kind, helpful and there to assist us in any way. The house is adorable, our family was so impressed at all the room we got for less than their small hotel room. Jamie thank you so much for sharing your home with others! Palm harbor stay

Could have been cleaner, there were moldy coffee grounds in the coffee pot and the towels in the bathroom had some kind of insects living in it so we had to wash towels and clean under the bathroom sink. We also had to put the bed frame back together in the master bedroom because the bolts weren't tighten. Otherwise the place was great! We were there to clean out our parents estate due to their deaths so it was a nice place to rest our heads at night.
