Welcome to our beautiful and brand new beach apartment rentals. We’re located ideally in Indian Rocks Beach.
The beach is just two minutes away from our property, right across the street, allowing our guest a quick and easy access to enjoy the seaside. Our place is also positioned near great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, parks, fishing spots and many other touristic attractions. Our rooftop terrace in an excellent spot to enjoy one of the most spectacular sunsets of Florida. We are in a Peaceful and restful area.

Girlfriends Weekend

Stayed in this area for a running event in Tampa. We all had our own room and enough bathrooms for privacy. Quiet area with walkable restaurants. Even walked to a yoga session on the beach. Great weekend away.

Girl Birthday Beach House Weekend

This property was absolutely beautiful and the host/owner was very accommodating and east to communicate with. The house was clean and has everything you need! The location and parking was so convenient and myself and family had soo much fun! The private rooftop was the icing on the cake! I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

All Around A+

This home is bright, spacious, clean, comfortable, and close to the beach. A crosswalk across busy Gulf Blvd. is nearby. For those who want to get out to exercise, the neighborhood provides lots of quiet side streets. For those who want to eat out, there are many choices within walking distance or a short drive. We enjoyed the rooftop terrace almost every evening. The hosts were always easy to contact and always responsive. While not a problem for us, some might find the many stairs to be an issue. Of course, the height is what gives you the amazing views from the roof. We definitely recommend this home.

Perfect Christmas

Rented side by side units for 4 siblings with families from all over and it was just eight. Plenty of space, close to everything and a beach steps away. No one was worried about Santa missing us.
