Beautiful home
We truly enjoyed our two weeks at this beautiful place. The weather was perfect and it was very relaxing. Having the pool was so nice. Great kitchen and appliances. Very clean. Loved the neighborhood. Just wish we had a washer and dryer because we didn't want to spend time going to the laundromat.

Great location
I stayed at this property for four weeks, February 2022. The location is great, close to Madeira Beach, convenient to shopping. The kitchen and baths have been updated, very nicely. I didn't notice when I reserved this house that there is no washer or dryer. I wouldn't have made the reservation if I had noticed the lack, since I was staying such a long time. (I used the laundromat just over the bridge in Madeira Beach. It was fine.) The other items that almost prevented me from giving this all 5 stars are: the icemaker in the fridge doesn't work properly, although Carrie did leave a bag of ice in the freezer for me, and the pool quickly collects leaves from the neighbor's trees, in spite of the best efforts of the nice pool service man. I realize these are picky items, but after four weeks, they became annoying. I also realize that the expense of screening the pool may put this house into a higher rental price range. Overall, I had a lovely vacation here and it is a nice house.

Great Family Vacation
If you’re looking to be close to the beach but still have your own privacy this house is great! The neighborhood was so quiet and peaceful and the 3 min drive to the beach was perfect. The house was a great size, extremely welcoming and comfortable and the pool was perfect. The temperature of the pool was great for anytime of the day and was stocked with toys to play with. Carrie and Jan were easy to get a hold of and communicated regularly. With family in the area we will definitely be back!

Great location and Pool!
Very clean and close to several beaches and restaurants. Has a very nice heated pool which was nice to relax in and have the kids play. Plenty of room inside for large families. The owners were always quick to respond and were very helpful. Only negatives was there was no washer or dryer, which you need if your staying longer than a week. Was hot in back bedroom and fan was broken.

This rental was awesome. It was close to everything and it was like being at home. The pool was fantastic, being from Atlanta we wanted to go to the beach, that changed with the allure of clean water at a perfect temperature. The only thing I wish I could have done differently was to stay there longer. We had a bridged vacation and the second place was a train wreck.

Great communication before and during rental. The place was perfect for a get away space for family, great backyard set up for grilling and lounging by the pool. Stocked kitchen made cooking a breeze. Would highly recommend. Lovely quiet neighborhood, but close to beaches/shopping.

Nice neighborhood and good location to John’s pass, boat ramps and restaurants. If your taking a boat plan on storing it somewhere storing it during your stay. Driveway fine for cars but not boat parking. Great little get away. I would book again.

Restful Vacation
I highly recommend this property! It’s located in a very nice neighborhood, very quiet friendly neighbors. We ate most of our meals by the pool on the picnic table. The pool are was our favorite part of the house and where we spent most of our days. The beach is about a seven minute drive, with lots of public parking for $2.50 an hour. We didn’t spend much time at the beach because the pool was so nice and convenient. Lots of shopping, restaurants, grocery stores within five minutes. The rooms are large and with two different sitting area both with TV’s so the kids can be in one area and adults in another. I can’t say enough, our family had an amazing time and would highly recommend this property to anyone. We will definitely be returning.
