Beachy Chic fully renovated (October 2023), 3 bedroom 2-story condo (4 beds), decorated with a Beachy boho chic vibe, neutral hues. Covered balcony that has Intercoastal and Gulf views and is the perfect place to view the amazing evening sunsets. Your vacation condo is located in The Intercoastal complex of Indian Shores and is just a short walk to our white sandy beach.

Full open kitchen, upgraded appliances, dining table, living room with built-in electric fireplace. Queen bed in guest bedroom, walk-in shower in guest bathroom. King bed in master bedroom with an ensuite bathtub/shower. Third bedroom is an open loft floor plan includes a sitting area. Each room in this condo has a ceiling fan, the guest bedroom, living and dining spaces have high ceilings, each room has a smart TV with Spectrum TV app and smart app accessiblility. Your condo is equipped with all of your beach needs: beach towels, beach chairs, beach toys, and of course, Sunrises and Sunsets!

The Intercoastal complex has an outdoor heated swimming pool, outdoor shower and a BBQ grill available. Convenient covered parking below your unit, maximum 2 vehicles, with walk-up 2 flights enclosed stairs to 2nd floor. No elevator. Will consider pets under 25 lbs. with responsible pet owners, inquire with rental management company prior to booking, fees will apply. Smoking (of any kind) is not allowed inside this vacation rental nor on the balcony. Maximum occupancy is set at 8 people per building code.

Indian Shores is a small breathtaking town set on a barrier island between the Intracoastal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico with 2.65 miles of beautiful beach. Indian Shores is home to the largest non-profit wild bird hospital in the United States, Seabird Sanctuary and remains the perfect vacation destination nestled between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach.

Neighboring towns of Indian Shores are Indian Rocks Beach, Redington Beach, Madeira Beach and Treasure Island also provide so much to see and do while visiting the Gulf Coast of Florida.

The Tampa-St. Pete areas are known as a major sports hub, attend a football game at the Tampa Buccaneers - Raymond James Stadium or take in a ball game in downtown St. Pete where the Tampa Bay Rays, MLB play.
