The Tides #266 - Tastefully decorated three bed two bath condo stretches over 1826 square feet 3 bedroom 2 bathroom Beach Front Condo. The master bedroom has a luxurious king-size bed, flat HDTV, sliding glass doors to the balcony with direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The attached master bath has a stand up shower. The second bedroom offers 2 queen size beds and flat HDTV. Third bedroom has 2 twin beds. The unit comfortably sleeps 6. The dining room table will seat six. There are also 4 kitchen counter stools for a quick breakfast or an after beach snack. Fully equipped kitchen and in unit full size stacking washer and dryer.

Please note there is no land-line service in this condo, but includes free high speed WiFi. This condominium complex has a 30 night minimum stay requirement. Condo Association approval required. You will also be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Located in Building 6, The Tides 266 looks over the quieter south pool, lounge area and hot tub and is away from the active main pool area. The Tides offers 2 other luxurious swimming pools & hot tubs, outdoor grills and is literally only steps away from endless miles of sugar white sand beaches. Walk to many local restaurants, pubs and entertainment.

*Two prime covered assigned parking spaces. Guest parking is also available at the building.

The Tides Beach Club has a well deserved reputation for providing the ultimate in luxury beachfront living - in a friendly, inviting atmosphere, plus added security of a gated community! With its lush, tropical landscaping set on 10 acres, The Tides is one of the most expansive beachfront properties in the area. The upper level of the two-story Clubhouse offers a grand reception room, conference room, billiards room, library, on site management office ( not SunHost rental office ) and a magnificent veranda overlooking the pool and Gulf. The lower level offers an informal great room with big screen TV, cardio fitness center and weight room.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

As a guest 266 The Tides Beach Club, you will find you are centrally located to all of the area's amenities. This includes the one of a kind beaches, heated swimming pools, and BBQ facilities. Located just up the road from popular John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbard’s Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Redington Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. Month get away at the beach relaxing
The condo was very nice great views of the gulf with a large lanai and property was awesome beautiful 👍very maintained and safe .

To me it’s the best location on the gulf! The Tides it’s definitely the best complex in the area and our condo was the most perfect location. It was a gated community all the pools are heated. Across the street from Conch and Sweet Sage! The only negative thing I can say, it’s not as clean as they should have them for the price.

Beautiful view but for the beach wall construction
This unit and the Tides property are beautiful. One major drawback was the fact that there is a beach wall being constructed between this unit and the gulf. That means construction equipment, noise and an inability to easily get from the pool to the beach aside from one access point well down the property. Sadly, this wasn't disclosed to us prior to our arrival. Although that started our tip on a sour note, it ended well and we enjoyed our time.

Beautiful property and condo. Well equipped. Top shelf place.
Awful. It was hidden from us that we were renting during a major sea wall construction project. AWFUL experience. Sun host and the owners were nice enough to refund us 25% of our cost. However we could not get to the beach from our condo without walking sevwral buildings away and there were two gigantic backhoes is parked in front of our deck the entire month so we had no view so we paid for a beachfront condo with an awful view and could not get to the beach without walking 3 buildings away through the parking garage. Constant digging and beeping and jackhammering 11 hours a day 6 days a week. Had to keep all doors shut and could not use the deck. Again beautiful place but personally our experience was awful because this was kept from us when we rented. Even with the 25% refund Never would have rented knowing that we could not enjoy it without walking several buildings away every day.
