There were cockroaches in hotel room even after request to change room or spray something staff does not did that Bathroom wash chocked up twice and had to call house keeper Pathetic service now regretting my decision why I goto Clearwater beach

Room had a 1/4” gap between the frame and the door! Our room was supposed to have a queen size bed, but instead had a queen size headboard attached to the wall, but the bed was a double size.

Definitely a 1 star hotel. More like a cheesy motel. A rip. Was $170. Premises were old and decrepit. Never again.

The hotel does not look at all like the pictures on the Expedia site. It is very run down, dirty and feels unsafe. Paid extra for a bay water view - what a joke. I don't think the swimming pool is operational. Wouldn't stay here again.

The only thing good was the view. Electrical plugs didn't work, Internet wifi wouldn't work. Nobody answered thru messaging. Ice machine didn't work.

Bad service

Arrived at 10:30 and allows us to sit by pool and park. Said room should be ready by 12-1:00pm. Checked at 2:00 room wasn’t ready told them about a wedding I had to attend at 5:00. At 3:25 went into lobby and sat there waiting 2 different people came in and they got their rooms. At 3:58 my room not available. Said cancel me I have to find somewhere else to get ready. 4:02 got call my room was ready. I know check in is at 4 but them why tell us around 1 would be ready we could had made reservations elsewhere for the wedding. I felt like it was intentional and they said room wasn’t ready when we were sitting by the pool all day and watch maids clean the room we were in at like 1:30.

This property was a last min reservation, as it was right after a hurricane. The property was DATED with capital D it was old smelly and run down. It made me think of a Bates Motel not a Hotel. I wouldn't stay there if my life depended on it.
