The Space:
From the sweeping, panoramic Gulf Views and private beach just below, to the luxury amenities inside and outside the home, to the private beach extending all the way to the high-water line, we've created an environment which allows you to truly relax and enjoy your time with loved ones. Pack light, leaving your worries of daily life behind, but please do bring your favorite bathing suit!
Upon entering the home from the main door, you'll come upon the mother-in-law suite with private entrance, featuring a large bedroom with two full-size beds and oversized closet. A ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and 45" Smart TV top off the amenities you'll enjoy. Anchoring this mother-in-law suite is a full auxiliary kitchen with bar seating and oversized living area featuring sectional sofa with Queen sleeper, wall-mounted Smart TV, oversized closets, dual bay windows, and full bath with double vanity.
As you move on to the main living areas of the home, take notice of the large Queen bedroom and pass-through to a third Queen bedroom and updated Full Bathroom. Each room features ample closet space, ceiling fan, and wall-mounted Smart TV's. Continuing down the main hall of the unit, you will pass a large laundry room and utility area which also features a desk/work area.
As you enter the expansive, open main living and kitchen area of the home, your eyes will certainly be drawn to the sun, sand, and surf which lies straight ahead and calling your name. Massive double sliders telescope to provide open access to your private balcony which spans nearly the entire length of the home and sits almost literally just over the sand below. From this balcony, you'll enjoy unobstructed views left to right, up and down, of the most beautiful sunsets and dolphin watching available anywhere in the world.
The very open design of the living area was built with good times and gatherings of our friends and loved ones. The large chef's kitchen is ideal for cooking up homestyle creations to be enjoyed from your choice of bar seating and formal dining options available to you. Equally impressive, gather the entire family to re-live memories past and create new ones as well in the living room featuring impressive sectional seating for 10+, additional small gathering area along the sliding doors, a 70" wall-mounted Smart Roku TV, recessed lighting, ceiling fans, and family games for your entertainment and convenience. Please note all TVs are equipped with ROKU or similar streaming services. TV Programming is provided via YouTube TV subscriptions pre-loaded on each TV. Guests are welcome to use personal streaming accounts as well.
And when the time comes to rest your sun-drenched, happy soul, we invite you to do so in the very private Master Suite with unrivaled floor-to-ceiling 180 degree views of the beautiful sand and waters just outside the windows. With private door access to the balcony, this suite features a King bed and sitting area with leather sofa, ceiling fan, large wall-mounted Smart TV, and exclusive private access to a grand Bathroom Suite unlike any other. You'll be simply amazed by the options of this space which may include a relaxing bubbly bath under a custom chandelier, shower in oversized stall with large bench seating, double vanity and mirror, along with plenty of storage and closet space.

From free, reserved parking for three vehicles, to en-suite laundry facilities, to the executive desk designed to support your work-related needs with 800 mbps commercial-grade WiFi, to a full outdoor closet of beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, and children's toys, right down to the unlimited toiletries and paper products you consume for the length of your stay, we provide the conveniences you'll want and need to let go and enjoy the beauty around you.
Beyond the beach, don't lose sight of the many other outdoor amenities available to our guests. "On the Rocks" is situated on a coveted stretch of land known locally as "The Narrows." Similar to the beach just outside your door on one side of the property, crossing just a two-lane road on the other side brings you to shoreline access to the beautiful Intracoastal Waterway and unlimited fish tales just waiting to be created here. Final touches include outdoor grilling area with your choice of charcoal and gas grills and reserved parking for three [3] vehicles!
To top it off, we've gone great lengths to ensure all you must do to experience all of this is pack your bathing suit, sunscreen, and arrange a ride to the airport. Luxury linens and towels, including beach and bath varieties, are provided for your stay, as are high-end soaps and toiletries for your comfort. Initial supplies of other essential items are provided, including: paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, and trash bags.
Though not guaranteed due to the wet and tropical aspects of the Florida weather, a large selection of beach gear is typically available for guest use. These items include beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, skim boards, swim noodles, and various beach/sandcastle toys and building supplies :)

Indian Rocks Beach is a quaint and welcoming community centrally located between Clearwater & St. Pete. Countless dining, nightlife, and a host of other entertainment options await you. You're within walking distance to several dining and shopping options just north on Gulf Blvd. Around town, John's Pass, our county's busiest tourist attraction is 6 miles south on Gulf Boulevard. Restaurants of all flavors and price ranges line Gulf Blvd. in both directions between St. Pete Beach to the south and Clearwater Beach to the north.
Additional attractions within 30 minutes include: The Clearwater Aquarium, featuring Winter the Dolphin from the acclaimed Dolphin Tales, New York Yankees Spring Training facility & games, historic Ybor City, and the beautiful Dali Museum in downtown St. Petersburg.
Getting Around:
Getting around is simple, with around-the-clock rideshare availability, and our very own “Jolly Trolley" offering bus service every 20 minutes at all points between Clearwater Beach and St. Pete Beach! Uber/Lyft options are available 24/7 based on availability. We generally advise guests rental cars are not required. Spread your wings to enjoy Tampa, Orlando, and many other popular destinations just a day trip away
Other Things to Note:
Rocks #17 is strictly non-smoking. Evidence of smoking inside or outside a unit will result in assessment of a $500 deep cleaning fee. There is a designated smoking area on the SE corner of the complex by the street.
Must be 25 years of age or older with valid credit card to book, and valid ID is required at check-in.
Self check-in is available 24 hrs. a day.

We will never charge a "resort" or management fee of any type. Total price of your stay includes cleaning and all applicable taxes.
Please note if you have purchased an insurance damage waiver you have purchased is for accidental breakage or loss of items inside the unit only. Intentional or negligent actions will not be covered. Negligent, intentional, or fees such as those for excessively soiled or missing linens and towels from the unit, excessive cleaning charges, smoking, pet, and over-stay charges are not covered by the waiver and will be charged against the credit card on file used for this transaction. Guest authorizes us to charge this card in the event any of the above charges are assessed.
