Disappointing Service! My stay was decent, but the manager's behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory. Unlike other guests, when I requested an extra towel, I was met with unnecessary comments and hesitation. The hotel's amenities were satisfactory, but the manager's attitude overshadowed my experience. Recommendation: Improved customer service and staff training are needed to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Overall very good, only the room heating didn’t work, so they brought a very old oil heater which also failed during the night so woke up to a cold room. Which was disappointing considering its nearly winter and I had to wake up at 3am to catch a flight.

Room is spacious and beds comfortable. There are no drawers for storage. Bathroom sink counter has limited space. The only restaurant offers insufficient food choice; though the complimentary breakfast is acceptable.

Convenient to terminal 5 for flights from Heathrow. Public transfer outside the terminal made getting to the hotel easy. We took the shuttle bus service back to the terminal which offered an excellent service but was much more expensive. This is a very busy hotel but was well priced and convenient enough for what we wanted

Convenient to Heathrow Airport with city bus stop just across the road to take us to airport Nice place to stay the night before a morning flight. Free breakfast looked good but our flight was too early for us to partake. Grabbed a banana and ran for the bus. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Restaurant and bar a bonus.
