Shower area is mouldy and dirty. Toilet blocked twice. Only one option in the vicinity for dining. Room next door was extremely noisy.

We traveled from Heathrow T5 it was the perfect place to stay. Friendly, helpful staff, reasonably priced food, nice quiet well presented room. Would certainly stay there again.

Be Careful . . . Read the Fine Print

The stay was fine. However, we were under the impression (given the name "London Heathrow T5") that the hotel was in the airport (like other hotels). It's a fifteen minute cab ride away. We would not have booked our stay if we knew that. We needed to be at Terminal 5 to catch our flight home.

Excellent stay. Staff were terrific. Room and bathroom were very spacious. Bed was very comfy. Common areas were spacious and clean and tidy. Amazing value for money.

The forst time i checled in they ga e a room which appeared starnge - The bath room was too big, no shower enclosure, flush not working properly, no sofa in the room ( other similar rooms had it). Staff was not courteous. The second time i checkedin they gave a room which was very samall and in a corner /last room. Looks like they just gave a room whoch was least occupied No variety in breakfast
