We are very disappointed you didn't enjoy your stay. easyhotel is a super budget hotel with a limited space provided therefore we kept furniture to the minimum to maximize the space. As standard we do not include the cost of TV in the room rate as other hotels do. This allows our guests to cater their stay to suit their needs and budget.
