No parking ( no guidance on surrounding street parking by staff), no soap, no shampoo, the shower mixer was stuck leaving only boiling water coming out, no room phone to call downstairs to complain, two of the towels and linen had marks (not washed properly), mirror was bent (looked like a circus attraction, pillows were harder than rocks, 1 light switch broken, room size was probably illegal under current NDSS standards. I can go on... I wouldn't go back if it were free of cost. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible!

Clean but very small room
I recently stayed at a hotel that left me with mixed feelings. On the positive side, the hotel was modern and exceptionally clean, and the reception staff were very helpful and accommodating. However, the room itself was extremely small—I could barely squeeze around the bed to move. The bathroom was the tiniest I've ever seen in a hotel, making it feel quite cramped.
