Location was great. Close to entertainment, dining, and more. However, the condition of the room left much to be desired. We stayed in the Harbour building, room 3413. The shower curtain rod was not screwed in, causing the curtain to hang in the middle and get drenched. The blackout curtain was partially torn off the track, leaving a 2+ foot gap that was 18+ inches wide. Our windows faced the main entrance of the building so privacy was absolutely necessary. We pinned a chair against the curtain and window for a temporary fix. The room always smelled wet/musty. The office staff was mostly unfriendly and unwelcoming. The automatic exit door was off the hinges and only being held by the spring bracket. The parking gate was broken, making it super easy for anyone to gain access to the parking lot and the building. The hot tub was cold, sandy, and had a slimy film on the top. A lot of the property parking, and drive at night is poorly lit. The pros: Location. The housekeeping staff was always nice and accommodating. The mini fridge kept refreshments nice and cold. The waterfall pool was beautiful and crystal clear. Plenty of parking. Harbour parking lot was very well lit. Final rating 3/5 - top suggestions bring price up by $35/night, cancel resort fee, cancel parking fee, include breakfast, inspect rooms regularly, add safety lighting to the other parking lots and property roadways.

The shower would not get hot one day. Next day the shower was too hot, scalding. Third day asked for room cleaning and there was no wash cloths available. Landscaping around pool and area had no mulch, not well kept.

The hotel lobby and amenities are great but the room are terrible they smell awful it’s like wet all over the room don’t know if it’s the carpet floor or just the bathroom it’s not properly clean, beside that it’s a nice hotel pool and services are great !

Very old and poor maintenance hotel. Bathroom dirty, the tub had rest of blood and shower towel dirty an discussed. Even my 11 years old son did not want to come back… EVER. The only good impression was the lobby, Clean. Parking very small and did not was enough for hotel guess.

Worst Hotel Stay Ever

I booked a room online and when I arrived at the hotel I was told they was overbooked . That the hotel didn't have any rooms with beds. No one was apologetic =, they gave me a room with a couch in it that had a pull out bed. It was so uncomfortable. This was 5 days ago and I still have a crook in my neck. I could feel the coils. This was unacceptable I should have been given a refund. This was not worth $150.00 for 1 night. I also had to walk a half of mile just to get to this so-called room. I can't believe I was treated like this in a Marriot hotel. It was more like a break conference room it definitely wasn't a bedroom.
