Family Vacation

We have been at this Hotel 4 times in the last 7 years. Everyone is so nice. The thing I don't like is you have to pay resort fees when you check in. Such as use of the pool, The Shuttle bus, and arcade. We Don't use these things. Everything should be included in the price. Would stay again. It is our preferred Hotel when in Kissimmee. It is close to Theme parks, restaurants, and souvenir shops. Great location.

The rooms are very small. The AC does not work. There is no stove. They have a stovetop that does not work. Lots of noise around 11:00 pm from the staff that works there. The carpet is dirty and ripped. They have no kids playground like it is shown on their website. The breakfast they serve they hand it to you like you're in a school cafeteria. No seating to sit and eat the place is so overcrowded. The breakfast is disgusting. This is the worst hotel. The place is run like a motel instead of a hotel.

Good for one or maybe two night stay

Ideal for a one night stop over. Unit had 2 bedrooms - one with a King bed, the other with 2 doubles. There was also a bed settee. Bathrooms were tiny but shower ( over the bath) was good. Toiletries provided. Beds were comfortable and unit was clean but it was very dark. Dark carpet and furniture and totally inadequate lighting. Breakfast was OK. VERY busy, noisy and choice was reasonable. There was covered outside seating. For the money we paid, it was an acceptable choice. Short walk to Old Town Kissimmee. Pool are looked very nice.

Horrible hotel

It was filthy as soon we walked in the door. The bathroom tub was fill with dirt. The floor when we mooped it made the towel from white to brown. The couch had disgusting stains on it. Just horrible. Will not recommend this hotel to no one.

AMAZING!!

10 out of 10 amazing! Took refuge here when hurricane Debby prevented us from getting back to Tampa. Able to get a room right away for a decent rate and the room was amazing! Clean, spacious, comfortable beds, great staff, amazing breakfast, fun courtyard with activities if it’s not raining.

The property is conveniently located near theme parks in Orlando; however, wifi in my room did not work for the entire duration of my stay and tub stoppers malfunctioned. Only stay here if you are staying very briefly. Hotel feels more like a motel.
