We are a couple and stayed four nights in late October. The rooms were nicely appointed and clean. The shower curtain needed replacement. Please change the location of the bedroom smoke detector as the flashing light is bothersome when the lights are turned off. The breakfast offerings were good (although the egg omelettes were a bit bland). The bedroom a/c unit was a bit noisy but we remedied this by using the living room a/c and leaving the bedroom door open. Plenty of parking available, although our rental car was covered in dust from the next door construction. Our prime interest was room comfort, the breakfast offerings and parking. The hotel met this expectation, however, the pool area landscaping and the hallways urgently need a refresh to match the room experience.

The staff do their best, but this hotel is in need of a refresh. Also, people should not be smoking, but the air is thick with the smell of weed. If you’re allergic to dogs, I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The place is good for the price. It was nice to have 2 rooms with 2 bathrooms. Carpets are definitley due a wash and the rooms have strange smell. But it has all amenities as stated including free washer and dryer to use. Pool was great. It even had a game room. Crew were nice. Would have given 5 star if not for the carpet and the smell.

The property was outdated and the room felt dirty. I wanted to do a late check out but I was told that I couldn't. I checked out a day early but since I did a little after 5 I was still charged for two nights and also charged a resort fee. The breakfast was also horrible and the staffs at the front desk was not too friendly.

PROS. Best hotel for us, this was the 2nd time. We stay here due to hurricane Milton. Beautiful rooms, everything was neet, the beds, bathroom, etc. We felt safe here. The breakfast is excellent. The next day the staff start cleaning early, very organized. The front desk lady (hisp) was very nice, professional and sweet. CONS. We stay in 2 room suite, in one of the rooms, the floor was wet since we got there, smells like mold. We all sleep in the other room, nothing wrong there. The morning lady was not nice, not polite at all, didn't even look at you when talking. Manager too was rude. I recommend this place, and I'll stay here again, no doubts.

Property is old and can use an uplift. There were paint crack and chips visible on the floors and walls. The eater in our bathtub did not drain quickly so need to give some time between showers. We did not use any of the resort amenities but love that the staffs were nice and the place is pet friendly.
