Room was dirty and not enough of towels . No wash rags ,face towel either . It was just very disappointed to me and my family . I had to vacuum my floor at check in . And the maid can’t speak English and yu need some who works that can speak English. They need to better cleaning the room and vacuum rooms hallway and rooms . Make sure dinning room area is vacuum bc it wasn’t and this look bad in that room as well.

Very nice facility and front desk was welcoming. The only issue is that the cleaning staff knocked on our door at 9am asking if we were leaving. I think this is inconsiderate of guests who may be sleeping and checkout is at noon so why the morning disturbance?

Had no towels in bathrooms after cleaning room , front desk stated they were having an issue with all the towels and laundry . Front desk stated I would have the laundry the same night . This never happened as my family and I could not even shower because we had no towels . The next morning I went to front desk and complained regarding the towel issue and they stated they would send someone to my room . Finally after about an hour I received the laundry . Very disappointing and concerning .
