This was a good stay for the price. Real old property but for the price, well kept 'enough'. This is an A-typical Florida hotel. There a lot of on site activities in addition to two pools. A lot of shopping and eating options within walking distance. A steak house and a Walmart are next door. The traffic is horrendous on 192 from 8 to 9am and again from about 4pm til around 8pm. If you can figure out the short cuts to Disney this is a good place to stay.

The room is very dark and completely outdated, the beds are uncomfortable and they charge you for everything, even the shampoo and towels you use, something that should be included in the initial payment. In my opinion, these are hidden charges that they don't tell you about.

The property was welcoming, clean, convenient, and comfortable. It was also priced well. My only non-positive is that the rooms are a bit outdated. And the breakfast buffet was okay, not great. We loved the deli. Lots of options and the food was affordable and good. Thank you!

Worse place!
When we checked into our room, we noticed something black inside the pillowcase, and when we checked, it was a Millipede. Upon looking at the room floor, it was full of them so obviously the room was not clean prior to our arrival. The towels had black stains on them and the entire room was questionable. The manager didn’t seem to even care and was very dismissive. I wouldn’t risk my health and spend my money there again.
