We normally stay here when going to Disney but this trip is likely our last. The bed was hard as a rock so we got no sleep. We had to unplug the TV to plug in the microwave. There were no plug ins near the bed for phones so we had to unplug the lights to plug them in. The lights were plugged in to some plug somewhere via an extension cord behind the bed. There are too many other options in the area.

You get what you pay for, staff was nice and the rooms were basic but clean and nice for a stay just to sleep, seems like they are trying very hard with the amenities and also very close to Disney parks, it was 5 minutes from animal kingdom which was nice.

You get what you pay for.

The pictures I saw online did not represent the actual rooms. The rooms were dated, and I had to request a room change because it smelled like mold. My 2 and room also smelled like mold. I didn't ask to be changed again because I figured it would be the same in the other rooms. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

I absolutely loved staying here for a weekend!!! The location is perfect and very walkable to the Walmart and gift shop! The hotel has a lot of amenities including the deli, mini golfing, volleyball, basketball, and two pools!!! The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and clean but the only downside was tv since it isn’t a smart tv but either than that 10/10

Beds were comfortable, perfect for a day at the parks. Room was not the cleanest. Bathroom had black hair all over it, long hairs in the towels, and hair all over the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Parts of the room had paint peeling, and cracks where you could see the drywall.

We needed a larger fridge and the front desk and maintenance staff was more than accommodating! Fast to assist and so kind. Also needed help with the laundry machines at one point and again quick and friendly resolution. We used the free shuttles, swam in the pools daily, enjoyed the restaurant and games of chess and pool. Loved our pool view room and how pretty the inner courtyard is lit up at night. Lots of places to sit and relax around the gardens and pools. Loved that Walmart was just around the corner for anything we forgot. Perfect location for us. No room issues. Clean and friendly with all you need. Would definitely stay again.

The receptionist was very nice and helpful! She accommodated us since I recently had a knee injury and couldn’t go up or down the stairs! I will definitely be going back!
