Check in was quick and easy Christain was very professional answered all my questions. The room I was given was Perfect and Very Clean. I would definitely recommend to stay here, right on the bus line to Disney and MCO.

The location is adequate. There was mold in the ring around the shower head. The room was not clean and there was no daily cleaning process.

The property is in really bad shape I wish I can upload pictures to show you guys but the property was missing. Smoke alarms cover plate for the outlets I have to be careful to my kids don't get close to those outlets so they don't get electrocuted it has holes in the walls The place was filthy. The door to the bathroom was broken. The bathtub has a crack in the bottom. Terrible all the way. Terrible. I will never stay again in the property and the smell was was horrible

This was my first time at this property. I will definitely be looking to stay here in the future. Christian was extremely helpful during check-in I highly recommend this hotel
