The property was a little dated but clean and suitable for our needs. The staff especially the lady at the front desk, Nakyla. She was very helpful and made our stay enjoyable. Her service was awesome as was Jose. We would highly recommend this hotel, based on their staff that go out of their way to make you feel welcome.

Decent hotel if you want near Disney

Location is perfect..very near to Disney parks and excellent breakfast for the price.. Hotel room was ok..no funny smell..however my room's AC for some reason was not working as expected...it was not reaching to cold temp what i was trying...and the room service was only on alternative days .so for our 3 night stay there was no room service

This hotel was a delight. Its my second time staying here and the ladies at check in were super helpful. My room was ready early which allowed me to rest before my event that evening. Easily walkable to multiple restaurants and felt very comfortable and safe. Breakfest was delicious!

Hotel was ok, great location. Service from host at the from desk was terrible, very bad attitude. My friend had her belongings stolen from her room and the receptionist indicated that the camera was out of service, that they can’t help them and were not responsible. In addition, She didn't want to call the supervisor because it was Saturday and she didn't want to bother him. After this situation, we were not comfortable to stay there since that showed us that it was not a safe place. The hotel did not want to give us our money back. The lady from front desk have no empathy and a lack of customer service skills.

Ok for one night, not a great vacation spot

TV didn't work, maintenance man came twice to work on it. He replaced it and it was fine. There was a musty smell in the room, and the room was damp. Air conditioner was on, not sure why it was like that. Breakfast was a challenge... A bunch of Hispanic people a speaking Spanish were letting their kids run all over the place by themselves making waffles, burning them, then pouring cereal all over.... Hispanic Parents: "Supervisa a tus hijos!"

Only stayed here because of the location as it’s close close to the Disney parks and had good amenities. As much as we enjoy the surrounding area, we will not be back at this establishment. When we went to our room, my wife noticed black spots, that looked like mold in the shower on the ceiling. She also noticed that the blanket was obviously not changed from the last guest as there was spots and stains all over it. The carpet was not vacuumed or cleaned. And there was a hair brush left from the previous guest behind a chair. The door wasn’t able to close properly, and we could see day light coming from the bottom. Overall, the room was dirty and looked like the walls or corners were never deep cleaned. 3 days before checking out, my wife noticed a cockroach walking near the tv. She also found a second one by the door. We were switched rooms, but the receptionist did not seem surprised when my wife told them she found cockroach’s. No apology was offered when she told them we found cockroaches. All they offered was to change rooms, which was literally next door. We only had a few days left, and agreed to moving as we didn’t have the energy to find a new hotel. We moved to the new room, and we noticed more black spots on the roof that looked like black mold. And the door didn’t close well. The room was dirty. House keeping only came once during our 2 week stay. We had to request towels, and toilet paper as house keeping only came once. We will not be coming back.
