The air quality in the room was terrible. I had them replace the air conditioning filter. On our last day, we noticed the ceilings had several black spots on them and the back of the blinds were black as well.

The stay was ok - breakfast was mid. One morning there was no sausage or bacon (only eggs, bread and biscuits). Rooms and hotel are older - in need of updating. Customer service was ok - night staff was nicer then day staff. Don't think I would stay here again.

The room was big and comfortable, everything was clean, fresh white towels and bedsheets. Very nice breakfast with tasty waffles. Our family like this place and we are definitely will stay here again.

Room was clean and comfortable. Location to Disney and several restaurants very convenient. Shower pressure average, but water temps wonderful. Laundry available but 1 of 2 dryers broken so delay with a couple people waiting (4 washers). Breakfast times didn’t work for us but seemed decent. Staff attentive and helpful.

My housekeeper was Wendy and she was very helpful. Every time I have stayed here I have had no issues. Very conveniently located and central to things to do outside of Disney.
