I found a roach in the bathroom in the middle of the night one evening. I alerted staff who did offer me to switch rooms; however, this was inconvenient considering it was the middle of the night. I was informed housekeeping would clean the room. Two days later there was a roach in the sink in the morning. The room was dark and appeared to have staining on the ceiling. The comforter had some light stains. The carpet looked as though it has never been scrubbed. The smoke detector was missing from the room. It was also noisy in the mornings as you could hear people rolling their suitcases by outside. It was advertised as "by the lake", I suppose a retaining pond counts as a lake nowadays. Continental breakfast was included but the space was crowded. Convenient location around Walt Disney World.

Property rooms smell was terrible, bed sheet had stain, shower was terrible, the water from the shower will come out none to very little, was all messed up. The carpet gave the room a terrible terrible smell, bed sheet did not smell clean. In other words I would not not not recommend at all, and will not come back.

When we first arrived at the room, my husband checked it out and it looked like someone had used the bathroom and didnt flush all the way. It was a little gross, but honestly my wife (who is 7mo pregnant) and I were exhausted and we had sani-wipes to clean up a bit. We booked last minute because our power was out due to Hurrican Milton and everything else around was booked. I was just grateful for power and a/c. I drew the line when I got up in the middle if the night to use the restroom and, as soon as I turned on the light, there were little roaches everywhere! The only reason that we didnt pack up and leave immediately is because my 2-yo toddler was already asleep. I went to the front desk to check-out and let the also associate know what we experienced. She was very dismissive and before I even mentioned the roaches she guessed about the "little visitors" as she called them. Needless to say, we will never stay there again.
