Bad experience

I was not happy with the room. It was really dirty. The blankets the sheets were dirty. The bathroom super dirty I had to use my own towel because the one I got were dirty. I’m sorry to say this, but I really had bad experience and I will not stay there anymore, you guys need to do a lot of cleaning in those rooms those windows the border are so dirty. The AC unit is so dirty. I have to be moved from one room to the other because of the smell of cigarette and weed and it was not the smell was disgusting everywhere. The only thing that was looking nice was the pool everything else was disgusted 👎

The waterfall was the best! What I didn't like was, the faucet in the shower kept running and would not turn off.

This was the WORST place I’ve ever stayed at. They market it as a hotel but it is an extended stay. I felt very unsafe. The condition was horrible. Nothing works, roaches, and a horrible smell. DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

The hotel smelled of drugs. The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months. There was fresh urine on the bed, blood mud in the shower, and hair on the floor. The door did not lock, even the metal latch did not catch. There was a flimsy piece of cardboard/particle board used as a wall. I could easily kick my way into the room with little to no effort at all. They refused to refund me which caused me to contact my bank for a charge back. The place is deplorable.

You all should treat your property like you care

There were stains on the sheets the room door was misaligned so opening and closing the door was a hassle and we noticed a few roaches during our stay.

your property needs an entire very serious upgrade, I mean whole property. Your rooms are horrible. I was looking for something pretty like the picture on your web page. I mean Wow no comparison what's so ever. Vert dissapointed.

The property rooms, hallways, stairs and commons areas need completely renovation. The mold and low maintenance smell do not help neither.

I have pictures of the busted electric sockets, burn holes in our blankets, dirty. Definitely not as pictured. We were sent to our room, key didnt work twice, turns out, wrong room. The pool closed not long after we got there so didnt get to swim. Luckily it was just a one night stay. Elevator didnt work.

It was convenient and the staff were friendly and welcoming. However, the rooms and property were in poor condition. Including cracked/missing tiles, sketchy elevator with expired inspection/certification date, mildew on bathroom ceiling and pool area was not clean or as pictured.

The elevator was broken. The room was never cool. Blinds only, no black out curtains. Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches!!!

You get for what you pay

Room smells very bad, we liked the new furniture and beds but the sheets were dirty, we needed 2 more towels and when we asked for them in the lobby we were told that they run out of it, I also requested an extra blanket but never came. It was a fair cost for the service I guess.
