This hotel was pretty bad. It was extremely run down, the internet was terrible, the front desk completely ignored my messages, check-in was slow, and there were cockroaches.

Old hotel with a poorly done renovation… terrible storage solution for clothing, horrible lighting, one tiny mini light on desk for entire room, NO WIFI, uncomfortable chair at workstation… bed was “just ok”… poorly heated breakfast, couldn’t cut a pancake with my knife! Checked out a day early!!! Had a hidden “resort fee” (FOR WHAT!?!) I don’t think I can recommend. Huge disappointment for a Wyndham / Baymont property.

First impression when i walked into the room, there were two ants on the desk, thankfully thats all we saw. The place looked loke they tried to make it look new but didnt do a good job of it. The rub faucet had a big gap between the eall with sloppy caulk. The breakfast was decent but most of it was cold and they ran out of orange juice. The play ground was decent for kur daughter to play on. It was too cold to try the pool. We will probably stay somewhere else if we stay in the area again.

Opened refrigerator & found hair inside. Top of floor boards in bathroom were extremely dirt with dust & hairs. Ask for Tiolet Paper early morning, got back to room after 5p & still no tiolet paper. Had to walk to front desk to get more.
